Cone Crushers are highly popular for aggregate crushing in both stationary and mobile applications. The crushing chamber can be specially designed to suit the customer requirements apart from standard design.

Cone Crushers are ideal for producing large volumes. A special gap setting arrangement is provided to give required product size. Automatic integrated hydraulic overload protection system to ensure protection from foreign
material is provided.

Gyratory Cone Crushers are of robust design with built-in safety system for non-crushable materials and are provided with anti-friction bearings to give a long life with low power consumption. The eccentric and counter shafts are supported with heavy duty spherical roller bearings to withstand maximum work loads. A special gap setting arrangement is provided for accurate product. Concave and mantle are made out of specially caste Mn-steel to suit hard rock crushing. Bearings are well protected from the dust by providing special filters and dust seals. A continuous supply of lubricating oil, to the bearings and bevel gears, is provided to enhance their life.

The feed material is crushed by means of rotating beaters with reversible heads by impact against the grinding walls. Due to reversible rotor with crushing ledges arranged on both sides, the wearing faces of the hammer heads can be completely used without reversing the hammers.

A grate can be fitted, if necessary, at the outlet to obtain required product gradations. These crushers are best suited for limestone, ore with low Iron content, gypsum, etc.

 offers complete range of single toggle jaw crushers for all types of rock, ores & mineral crushing. These crushers are robust, heavy duty and need little maintenance. The swing jaw is mounted on a shaft with four heavy duty self aligning spherical roller bearings with a provision to adjust the gap as per the customer requirements.

To ensure smooth crushing action, two precise counter balanced flywheels are provided. Simple locking arrangements are provided for easy replacement or reversing the jaw liners.

 

 

Roll crushers are mainly designed to handle medium to hard feed material. Toothed roll shells are used for primary crushing where as smooth roll shells are used for fine crushing. The crusher consists of base frame of welded construction with one roll fixed and the other roll mounted on rocker arms. These roll crushers are equipped with overload protection and a separate driver for each roll.
