Centrifugal Fans and Blower Design software “CF Soft”

 

“CF Soft “covers all types of Fan like ID, FD, SA etc. an ideal range of static pressure (10mm to 1200mmWG) and capacity (250 to 200,000m3 per hour) (Volume and pressure requirement can be customized as per requirement of individual user)

 

“CF Soft “covers, Backward Curve, Backward Inclined, Forward Curve, Radial Blade, Radial Tipped, Material Handling, Air Handling, Long Shavings and Long Shavings open.

 

“CF Soft “materials of Constructions are Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, FRP, PP, Brass, Aluminum, Bronze, Teflon, PVC, Cast Iron and Copper. User can add new material in the database library.

 

Once you have the Capacity and Pressure “CF Soft “will give you in details manufacturing drawings directly in Auto Cad along with complete real scale GA Drawing.

 

The user of “CF Soft “will get the following details.

 

Density of Media output:  Actual Density at Fan inlet, Density at NTP (Normal Temperature Pressure)

 

Impeller Design output: OD and ID of Impeller, No. of Blades, Drawing of Blade Development, Inlet and out let Blade Angles, Total Efficiency and Required power in BHP etc along with fabrication drawing in Auto Cad.

 

Casing Design output: Casing Width, All Radius, Casing inlet outlet velocity, Outlet Height, inlet diameter

etc along with fabrication drawing in Auto Cad.

 

Thickness Calculations output: Back plate, Blade, Shroud and casing Thickness.

 

V-Belt Pulley design
