Achievements

1959
The Company is founded by Mr. Alexandros Bakatselos. The first workshop covers an area of 110 sq. m.


1962
The production of metal-frame furniture commences. The facilities cover an area of 4,500 sq. m.


1968
The production of stainless steel sinks commences.


1969
First export shipment is dispatched. Destination: Italy.


1972
The Company moves to its current location. Current facilities cover an area of 286,000 sq. m.


1977
The production of cookware commences.


1997
The production line for monoblock sinks installed.


1997-2007
Investments of more than 43 million in state of the art robotics and automated equipment.


1999-2008
Subsidiaries are established in Poland, Germany, United Kingdom, Romania, Russia, Bulgaria, Italy, U.A.E. and India.


2009
Pyramis celebrates its 50th anniversary.
