Zinc Phosphate Cement
 
Packing:

Zinc Oxide

Suitable for dental application in temporary fillings with Euginol. It is 99.8 % pure, white, free flowing powder and is non-toxic (Lead, Arsenic free ) to orodental tissues.

Euginol

Pyrex Euginol is of high purity. Double distilled and is best for dental application and is of following technical specifications:

• Appearance: Colorless to straw color
• Odour: Clove type
• Refractive index at 25 degree centigrade: 1.538-1.544
• Specific gravity at 25 degree centigrade: 1.054-1.0625
• Assay: 99.5%

"CAVITYFIL" 48% Silver Alloy:
 

"Aloysil" 68% Silver Alloy

Packing:

• 30 gms. powder in easy to handle plastic bottles

Composition:

• Fine grain silver-tin dental alloy contains 68% pure silver

Mixing Ratio:

• Mercury to alloy ratio 1:1(5 parts mercury to 5 parts alloy)

Properties:

• Lathe cut particle containing identical proportions of silver, tin & copper resulting in an homogeneous amalgam.
• High silver content (> 68%) generating high strength which in conformation with the handling properties contributes to very few marginal break downs.
• Working properties are excellent. Setting time is optimum and it is easy to carve and adopt.
• The surface finish has a silvery luster.
• Compressive strength: 1 hr. – 60 mpa, 24 hr. – 412 mpa

"Cavityfil" 48% Silver Alloy:

Impression Paste

Properties & Advantages:

It is a thermoplastic material & is softened to their working consistency by immersion in hot water. The main properties and advantages are:

• Soften at lower temperature 55-60 C.
• While in mouth, the mass (compound) cool to a rigid, at mouth temperature, with in stipulated time of 2 minutes, with slight flexibility (rubber like).
• Easily removed from undercut area.

"Finndent" Regular Alginate

• "Finndent" is an alginate - based material for obtaining three-dimensional impression of orodental tissues.The material is supplied in the form of very fine free flowing homogeneously mixed,mint flavoured, pink coloured all season powder,however material can be made available in different flavours and colors as per customer requirement."Finndent" is cadmium and lead free, elastic, tough and dimensionally very accurate. Normal setting time is 2 minutes.

Directions For Use

• Powder/Water ratio is recommended to use 25 gm : 60 ml approx, in a mixing bowl, total time taken in mixing, ,manipulation, setting, should be approx , 3 minutes, depending upon temperature, however cold water retards setting warm water hastens setting.The impression should be poured, as soon as possible and for best results, it should be stored only in moist atmosphere.

"Chromofinn" Chromatic Alginate:

"Acryl Hi" high impact denture base material is a true high impact acrylic with excellent flexural and impact strength together with a superior bond strength to acrylic teeth.

Application:

• Full dentures and Partial dentures

Properties:

• Acryl Hi is a cadmium-free, heat-curing methyl methacrylate-based resin ideally suited for the packing/pressing techniques. It does not contain a chemical catalyst, the curing process requires that the water be heated gradually. The material is supplied in the form of a polymer (powder) and a cross linked monomer (liquid).
• Pyrax cross linked heat cure denture material is easy to use for making full, partial, upper and lower dentures. There is enough working time, which makes easier packing and good polishing, resulting excellent denture finishing. Guaranteed color stability, uniformity and strength is ensured with minimal residual monomer contents. Acryl Hi accurately replicates the natural gum tissue and is available in three aesthetic shades veined pink, light veined pink, light veined south.

Application:

• For plaster , waxes , cold & heat curing resins.
• Particularly indicated for removable orthodontia with spray technique.
• Separating plaster from plaster.

Properties of Cold Mould Seal:
 
Pyrax cold mould seal is an alginate based separating solution for universal use , suitable for both packing/pressing and case moulding. High quality of the raw materials guarantees optimum separation with both techniques.

Heat Cure

 SELF CURE :

Denture adhessive "fit fix" is a flavored denture adhesive with strong adhesion and binding properties which holds denture at its place in mouth , ensuring trouble free working of denture it is free from any toxic ingredients.

Tooth Stain Remover

Pyrax tooth stain remover is acidic in nature and is best for cleaning and removing stains on acrylic dentures thus giving excellent brightness and lustre.

Self Cure(SC-10)

• It is a cold cure acrylic resin setting at room temperature with liquid.SC-10 is available in 10 Shades ranging from 1 to10 matching with tooth colors. The colors are non-fading, non-toxic and do not wear out during usage.

Heat Cure(C&B)

• It is a heat cure acrylic resin used for crown, bridge and tooth reproduction work. It is available in10 shades ranging from No.1 to 10 matching with tooth colors. The colors are non-fading, non-toxic and do not wear out during usage.

Lactodent

• Lactodent is single layered, single shaded , cross - linked. Both Teeth are perfect reproduction of natural teeth.
• Lactodent will not craze or develop any structural failure in normal use.
• Lactodent shade are fade resistant against aging and are life like with spectrum of natural shades using stable and non-toxic colors.
• Lactodent are supplied in full sets(28). Set of six(Anteriors) and set of eight(Posteriors) uppers & lowers in six shades and sixteen moulds.

Durateek

• Durateek is a single layered single shaded teeth, is a perfect reproduction of natural teeth and will not craze or develop any structural failure in normal use and best suited for temporary dentures. It is available in full sets(28). Set of Four (Anteriors), Set of six(Anteriors)and Set of eight(Posteriors) uppers & lowers in six shades and sixteen moulds.

Properties and Advantages:

It is a moderately flexible formable at slight increased temperature. It does not crack or sticks in cold and hot weather, easily manipulated to impart desired shapes and contours of the denture after setting teeth in position.
