ACRYL HI is a lead, cadmium and other toxic elements free acrylic material whose super ultra-high impact strength has given people new definition of HI impact dentures.

ACRYL HI is a PMMA co-polymer resin and is technically modified with various innovative ingredients which enables denture to absorb impact energy upto 35% more as compared with normal heat cure denture base resin.

ACRYL HI is supplied in the form of a co-polymerized polymeric spherical beads (POWDER ) and ACRYL HI liquid is a cross linked monomer liquid with special additives for better gloss & super ultra- hi strength.

PYRAX strongly recommends for best unbreakable strength use ACRYL HI POWDER with ACRYL HI Liquid only.

Pyrax Cold Mould Seal is an alginate based separating solution  for universal  use  ,  suitable for both packing/pressing  and  case moulding . High  quality of the raw materials  guarantees  optimum  separation with both techniques.

It is a cold cure acrylic resin setting at room temperature with liquid.SC-10 is available in 10 Shades ranging from 1 to10 matching with tooth colors. The colors are non-fading, non-toxic and do not wear out during usage.

It  is a Heat Cure Acrylic Resin used for Crown and Bridge and Tooth Reproduction work. It is available in10 shades ranging from No.1 to 10  matching with tooth  colors. The colors are non - fading , non-toxic and do not wear out during usage.

Application 

1. For  plaster , waxes , cold  &  heat curing  resins.

2. Particularly indicated for removable orthodontia with spray technique.

3. Separating plaster from plaster.

A. Prevents cured acrylic denture from sticking to stone plaster cast.

B. Uniform film thickness permits closer adaptation of acrylic resin to gypsum cast.

C. Formaldehyde free.

D. Available in Light pink color.

12 Sheets (9 Upper + 3 Lower) packed with cardboard sheets on either sides and in between to prevent impact .

PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES

It is a moderately flexible formable at slight increased temperature. It does not crack or sticks in cold and hot weather, easily manipulated to impart desired shapes and contours of the denture after setting teeth in position.

PYRAX “SC 10” is a self-cure powder and is supplied in the form of a co-polymerized polymeric spherical beads (Powder) and PYRAX self-cure liquid is a cross linked monomer liquid with special additives for better workability & strength.

Application:

A. For making Acrylic Crowns, Bridges and Tooth Reproduction.

Advantages:

A. Available in non- transparent ten shades matching with tooth colors.

B. The colors are non toxic and do not wear out during usage.

C. Quick setting.
