Oil Immersed Power Transformer - 220kV

 We expertise in offering an unmatched quality range of Oil Immersed Transformer - 220kV. These transformer are bear operating characteristics of power networks in urban and rural areas of our country and are fabricated adopting advanced technologies and equipment.

Technical Characteristics
  • Low loss: The no-load loss reduced by about 40%, and the load loss reduced by 15%, compares to the actual National Standards GB6451-1999.
  • Low noise: The noise level achieved below 60dB, dropped by nearly 20dB compares to the National Standards. We can also manufacture transformers (below 55dB) to meet customer¡¯s requirements.
  • Low partial discharge: The full procedure of 220kV products is completed in a depurated workshop, and the metal components, insulation components of the active part are completely rounded end. The partial discharge is controlled below 70pc.
  • Strong short-circuit withstand ability: Our company independently designed and manufactured the SFP10-200000/220 transformer, which passed the short-circuit test of China National Transformer Quality Supervision Testing Center.
  • Good Aesthetic: Corrugated tank, shot-blast cleaning, electrostatic powder spraying, wide slice radiator and never-fading.
  • No leakage: All the sealings are fixed, the rims use two sealing and all the sealing is imported. Seriously promise to be no leakage.
Structure and construction features:

All products should be calculated in electric field, magnetic field, temperature rise and short-circuit electric power force by software in order to guarantee magnetic field and oil flow of winding are distributed symmetrically. It has higher electric insulation performance and short-circuit withstand ability.
  • Windings
HV winding adopts interleaved-continuous or inside continuous model, which improves the winding vertical capacitance distribution under the impulse voltage. Windings are oil-cycle structure so that it can reduce winding temperature rise. The products¡¯ life is 30 years. The inside of winding has hard supporting and swallow-tail cushion, insulation of the top and the bottom ends are platform pressing plates, makes high mechanical strength and resistance to the sudden short-circuit ability. Winding internal insulation parts and active part of insulation parts are rounded to reduce partial discharge
  • Core
The core is made of high quality cold-rolled silicon-steel sheet, without holes, frame structure , the D type yoke structure offers the large area platform, Step-lapping and laminated, cut by step-lap core lamination line from GEORG Co. of Germany in order to guarantee core burr smaller than 20¦Ìm , reduce no-load loss, no-loaded current and noise level.
  • Tank
Tanks structures are bell type and barrel type. The plates are curved to corrugated wall. All the sealings are fixed. Metal parts are round horn and go hair. Welding seam and sealed place pass three leakage testing (fluorescence, positive pressure, and negative pressure). The paint is according to the electrical home appliances antirust requirements. For the large capacity transformer, the tank adopts the magnetic shielding to reduce the stray loss
  • Active Part
The active part assembled whole and dried under invariable pressure to ensure symmetrically shrink of windings with less rebound, so effectively improve electrical strength and the short-circuit withstand ability. The active part assembled in the purification workshop, after that put the active part into automatic controlling Kerosene Vapor Drying Plant



Oil Immersed Power Transformers - 110kV

Structure and construction features:
  • Core
The core sheets are cut by the step-lap core lamination line from GEORG Co. of Germany. They are step-lapping which ensures a particularly favorable magnetic flux distribution at the joints. No-load loss, no-load current and noise are minimized
  • Active Part
Bringing board construction is adopted. In order to strengthen ability of withstand short-circuit, we nail some pressure nails around pressure board and use support beam to connect HV and LV claps to make cores a whole. Otherwise, we paint special plastic to surface of core pole to make the silicon steel sheets link. After solidification, core sheets are a whole body so they can reduce noise and increase mechanical strength and prevent rust. Underside active part support wall of tank with strong electric pressure board in order to make underside active part fixed safely
  • Windings
HV winding is continuous model while LV winding is continuous or screwy model. And regulation windings are separate, so turns are even and mechanism power are minimized HV and LV windings use construction of conductor of oil which makes oil oriented, so oil stream will move heat away
  • Tank
Tanks structures are bell type and barrel type. The plates are curved to corrugated wall. Our tanks are good aesthetic, compact and high ability of mechanical strength. Avoiding leakage, there are fine machining flanges in key connection parts (bushings, pressure valves, switches etc.)

Technical Characteristics:
  • The noise of transformer is originated from its core; our company adopts the first in our county the step-lap core lamination line imported from Georg Co. of Germany. The advanced technologies greatly improve the distribution of magnetic-flux in the core to reduce loss and noise.
  • CAD and high quality silicon steel sheets are used and the flux density is made far lower than the saturation point, so harmonics in core and the noise are reduced.
  • All clamped parts are buffered by silicon rubber and elastic components to reduce vibration and noise, and a specified resin is coated on the surface of core for sound insulation.
  • Low partial discharge and high electric intensity: The solid insulation composed of quality resin and glass fiber provides high dielectric strength and low partial discharge. The breakdown voltage is not less than 34kV/mm and the partial discharge can be less than 5pC
  • Flame resistance and non environment pollution: When transformer is on fire, heat generated from the composite insulation is extremely small (about 6.5mJ/kg), so that the fire can be automatically extinguished
