OPTICAL BENCH : This are made up of heavy aluminum alloy and black anodized ane triangular in shape with base 57mm; depth 48mm with the grooves running through the length - on both sides to take the locking screw of the carrier, metric scale fixed on one side of the bench and having the facility with leveling screw. sizes : 500mm,1000rnm, 1 200mm and 1 50Ornm.
CARRIES : This are made up of Aluminum Machined all over. It fits readily on triangular benches. On the top of carries drilled and tapped matrix in size of M6 X 12.5 X 12.5mm is provided to fit most of our mounts sizes: 40mrn, 65mrn, 90mm in width
POST HOLDERS : This are available in 5 size with Round/Square shape With eight fixing holes: Our ground stainless steel post-. can be directly fitted in post holder for height adjustments and angular orientation application. These are made wobble free and width air damping effect to get best result with 12.5 mm dia and 13.7 mm dia
POST: These are available in light size stakable in nature made out of stainless steel and groung precisely to the size 12.5 mm dia and / or 13.7 mm dia to fit our post holders
Spanner flat is also provided at one eng for holding purpose . These are made with one end male M6 threads and other end femal M 6 threads .Sizes : 50mm , 75 mm , 100 mm 125 mm , 150 mm ,175 mm , 200 mm , 250 mm.
ROTATIONAL STAGE : These are graduated to 360deg.having coarseoandfine movement both. Fine movitileht tcrt. this can be mounted on post of 12 5 ,ler dia which can be held in post holders. These are 35mm in thick. SIZES: 50rnm dia, 60mrn dia and 100mm dia.
TRANSLATION STAGE: Readily fits on any carriage. All these stages will ,ha dove tail type design having movement through screw of 0.5 mm pitch / micrometer in metric size top will have drilled. Size : 100 x 100 ,75 x 75 ,25 x 19 mm.
Z TRANSLATION STAGE: This stage provides one with an alternate simple simple method of precisely positioning components and holders in the vertical direction, with the help of precisely ground "V" slide ways with slidihg steel halls where ways are pre-loaded to give wobble free movements with no backlash. The micrometer is fixed in horizontal position. SIZES: 15mm, 25mm and 50mm travel.
FILTER HOLDERS: These are made up of mat black anodized aluminum in round/square shape, can accommodate four filters at a time, three of 51-nn; thk and one of 3rnin thk. These can readily fixed on our posts. SIZES: 25mm dia, 50mm dia, 25 X 25mm, 50 X 50mm.
