Conveyor belts are extensively used to transport industrial and agricultural materials such as grain, coal, ores, etc. Conveyor belts are used in self-unloading bulk freighters and in live bottom trucks. This technology is also used in conveyor transport such as moving sidewalks or escalators as well as on many manufacturing assembly lines. Stores often have conveyor belts at the check-out counter to move shopping items.

The solid plates consist of a row of plate fasteners secured with bolts so as to distribute the belt tension evenly across the belt width. These fasteners are developed in distinct sizes including: 1”, 1½”, 2”, 2½”, 3”. Steel plates & clips are zinc coated & belts & nuts are given auto black finish. These are available in a pack of 10 sets in a box.

Features of our conveyor belt fasteners are listed below:

• Each plate has specially developed teeth that embed into the belt carcass without damaging the carcass fibers, providing additional strength and resistance to the pull-out.
• The recessed cups for bolts provide a smooth profile that prevents hang-ups.
• The solid plate prevents wear from sifting, providing a durable and long lasting splice.
• These can be easily installed on-site using portable hand or power tools.
• Holes can be punched into the belt quickly and accurately with a template and boring tool.
• The piloted bolt speeds up the installation of these fasteners.

We also design and manfuacturer conveyor rollers and idlers suitable for heavy applications in stone crushing and mining industry. We also supply idler drums and pulleys for this application. The rollers are designed and manufactured to ensure efficient material handling. The bearings used are of best quality and are made of either SKF/Nachi/ to ensure lng trouble free life of the roller.
