   IRON REMOVAL FILTERS:
   
  Iron Removal Filters are designed to remove iron and manganese turbidity in raw water. In iron removing system ferrous iron is oxidized into ferric form and predicated ferric hydroxide is entrapped inside the filter media /bed. During the period of backwashing suspended matters and predicated iron come out of the filter.

   PRESSURE SAND FILTER / DUAL MEDIA FILTER
   
  The main effect of the Pressure Sand Filters is to remove the Suspended Solids from the water and bring down the S.S. to low.
  Pressure sand filters have been used to polish secondary effluent or to produce effluent that is low in suspended solids. Filtration consists of passing waste water effluent through a filter medium that can strain out the colloidal particles. The filtering media may be fine sand, anthracite, mixed media, diatomaceous earth or filter fabric.
  The solids accumulate in the filter media; therefore, backwashing using clean water in the opposite direction of flow must be accomplished periodically to control the head loss through filtration system.

  ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER:
  Activated Carbon Filters are used to remove color and odor from the raw water. The media used for the purpose is Activated Granular Media., Activated carbon is commonly used for dechlorination and for reducing trace and soluble materials such as organic chemicals from water.
  We offered of 100% corrosion resistant FRP tanks and User friendly Multi port Valve system. The Distribution systems and filtering media are designed for efficient & trouble free operation. Mild Steel and conventional multi valve piping systems options are also available.
  MICRON FILTER:
  The Housing of the cartridge are made of High quality Materials, which is non –corrosive to any fluids .The cartridges inside the housing, are20,30 and 40 inches, micron level 5,1,and 0.5 which is of high material. The micron filters removes suspended matters Housing is provided with pressure gauge needle valve and drain valve. The pressure inside the filter can be checked with the pressure gauge. When the flow rate reduces the cartridges should be replaced.

  we manufactured industrial evaporator is a complete unit with wide range of Single effect to multiple effect evaporators as per client requirement, our evaporator uses less energy than conventional evaporators, and Compact and simple design. The concentrated solid is disposed by the secured landfill method, the condense water is recycled.

This (PAC) eliminates Primary and Secondary systems for Zero Discharge and has the Unique  advantage of “no sludge Process “  and there by eliminating the requirement  of hazardous  solid waste management.
 
Photon Accelerated Chemical ( PAC ) Process Processes which are  engineered to produce hydroxyl Radicals are commonly called Photon Accelerated Chemical Process .It is highly Promisingly and new technique. It utilize the Oxidizing power of highly .Oxidizing agents like Hydroxyl radicals,Ozone etc.to facilities  the oxidation Process.
 
PAC Application
 
Any effluent containing organic and toxic wastes will be treated in PAC. The treated water meets the requirements of Pollution control board norms in all parameters  such as BOD,COD,DO etc, except for TDS.
 
Presently the effluent is treated by chemical oxidation and followed by biological treatment. Chemical oxidation generates huge solid waste which has to be further treated and disposed in secured Land Fills. The existing method does not ensure completed treatment for the parameters. The usage of chemicals and the solid waste generated are not environment friendly.
The application of PAC will be to all industries generating toxic and chemical Effluent, Hazards waste like Dye, Effluent, Pharmaceuticals and Heavy Metal industry, which can not be treated conventional process.
