RD.Hydrothrust is a technology based Engineering Industry engaged in System Design and Manufacture of Hydraulic Presses and Special Purpose tailor made Equipments for Industrial applications.

The firm has more than 20 years experience in Industrial Automation with modular design concepts to International Standards. As per customer requirement PLC system for Semi automatic and Fully automatic controls are designed with international brand PLC systems which are user friendly.

RD.Hydrothrust has specialized in Design and manufacture of Hydrostatic Test Stands used in Quality assurance of Industrial Valves in compliance with API-598, ANSI-B16.34 and AWWA Standard. The firm has achieved significant recognition as market leaders in the field. Data acquisition system is also incorporated against special request.

Fire Test Stand as per API 607 specifications and Cryogenic Test Stand as per BS63 64 specifications are designed and manufactured to suit customer requirements.

Control Valves: (GGCB):
Our Test Stands are capable of Testing wide range of Clamping and test systems for High Pressure testing seat leakage classification and total performance testing of all types of Gate, Globe Check & Ball valves up to # 2500. The Horizontal or tilting Clamping with proportional controls to prevent stress and deformation of the Valve body. Provision for leakage measurement is provided. Besides controlling of the Test procedure and printing a full size certificate, the ¿SCADA¿ software which is being used in the PLC (Programmable Logic control).
