Sodium Silicate |
We offer accurately formulated sodium silicate, which is used widely in various industries due to its different molecules ratio and specific weight. Sodium silicate has some unique properties and because of this, it is used in the manufacturing of products like tooth paste, precept silica, zeo lite, construction chemicals, oil field chemicals, paints, pigments, paper making, paper cones & tubes, fiber drums and foundry fluxes. The liquid Sodium Silicate is used to manufacture laundry soap, detergent cake, sodium meta silicate, fire resisting & acid proof cement, casting, electrodes.
Sodium silicate is also used in water proofing, dams, and road construction because of its binding properties. It is a best water proofing agent and hence used in cement industries.

Potassium Silicate |
 |
We manufacture potassium silicate by fusion process of silica sand with potassium carbonate/caustic potash at a very high temperature of 1200 C in oil fired furnace. Our potassium silicate is manufactured in various specification, ranging from 1 : 1.3 weight ratio to 1: 2.4 weight ratio and generally in liquid. It is mainly used in acid resistant cements, as a binder in electric welding electrodes, in bonding of phosphores on TV Tubes etc. POTASSIUM SILICATE SOLID GLASS / CULLETS:

White Silica Gel |
 |
White silica gel offered by us have high absorption efficiency and absorbs water and all condensable vapours whose boiling point is above 10°C, however it does not contain any indicator and so it is not easy to ascertain whether it has completely absorbed moisture or not. The absorption efficiency of our white silica gel is about 65%.

Blue Silica Gel |
|
In our variety of blue silica gel, all the particles of silica gel are impregnated with an indicator. The particles of blue silica gel are blue in colour when it is free from moisture and it is packed at this state in air tight container. As the particles of blue silica gel pick up moisture, it gradually turns pink and gives a ready indication to the user that it has done its work and requires replacement or regeneration. Pink silica gel turns blue when heated to a temperature of 150°C, after drying in sun and can be regenerated indefinite number of times without any loss in absorption efficiency.

Indicating Silica Gel |
 |
Our indicating silica gel contains a moisture indicator that is, when silica gel is completely dry, it is deep blue in color and as it picks up moisture from the air, the color indicator changes from blue to pink. This indicating silica gel may be re-dried by heating and it drives off the absorbed moisture, and as it does so, the color changes back to deep blue. Approximately 40g (1.4 oz) of silica gel will absorb the moisture from three cubic feet of air. When drying objects it is important to keep the container size small in relation to the object being dried.
