The types US, USNU, and UF, used as intermittent feed, non-return or over speed are normally accommodated within closed crankcase (gears, end covers, etc..) near bearing pre-existing or subsequently added. Therefore, the internal and external parts must be perfectly centered relative to one another; in the axial direction must not be neither loaded nor subjected to tension. In the pressing or extracting simultaneously act both on the outside than on the inside in order to avoid the damage of the contact bodies and of the springs. To lubricate these wheels may be sufficient free circulation of oil already existing, if the type of oil used is the one recommended by us for the free-wheel roller. Stubaki Make-TSS,NFS, BB,BB-K-STIBER-NSS/AS, NFS/ASNU, NF/AE, NFR,KK/CSK, CSK-P, GFR/AL, GFRN/ALP.

These rings are some standard solutions for the use of cage series gp. They are available in models for the mounting of two, one or no bearings, it depends by the constructive requirements. Keeping the tolerances written in the catalogue special rings may be made directly by the final user.

US, USNU and UF Series freewheels used for intermittent feed, non-return or over speed applications are generally placed inside closed guards (gears, end covers, etc..) in proximity to pre-existing bearings or additional bearings. The external and internal components must therefore be centred to each other; in the axial direction, they must not be under load or in tension. When pressing or extracting, simultaneously apply pressure both on the internal and external parts to avoid damage to the contact elements and springs. To lubricate this range of freewheels, a pre-existing oil circulation may be sufficient, provided the type of oil used is one of the recommended types for roller type.

Type CB 200 is a sprag type free wheel not self centring. It is therefore necessary to place one or twobearings next to the free wheel so that the outer racecan rotate centrally to the inner race. The bearings to use next to the free wheel are written the following table.A key will transmit the torque between outer ring and the shaft. The tolerance of the housing bore must be H7.The sprags work on the shaft made by the user which must be realized following these indications:1) carburized depth after grinding 0,6 mm2) surface hardness of HRC58 623) core hardness of HRC35 454) surface roughness must not exceed 6,3 μm5) maximum shaft taper 0,01 mm per 50 mm length CB 200 series can be lubricated with grease or oil butthey must not have EP additives
