Our design, fabrication, erection of steel structure services includes structural steel design, drafting the fabrication drawings, fabricating i.e. cutting, welding as per the specifications and erecting the same as per the drawings. Normally, we undertake the jobs including the supply of steel structure/material, however, if the volume of job is very high we don't mind taking it on job work basis.

Our services includes designing, fabricating and testing of Axial flow/tunnel ventilation fan's casings as per the clients requirement. In this service, we design and develop the various kinds of signage as required by our clients to used for their respective application. These signage are designed with the use of latest softwares and developed with the help of modern tools & equipment.

For petrol pump canopy we provide total integrated solutions namely structual steel fabrication, erection, roof sheeting, gutter and down take pipes etc. In our signage works, we provide flex, pet G, polycarbonate & plastic thermoforming for front/backlit signages etc. Further, we undertake  the total turnkey job from concept to commissioning of fabricating, erecting, A.C.M. cladding & signage of petroleum pumps within the schedule time. We offer designing and complete fabrication service of portable cabins for diversified applications. These cabins can be used as an accommodation place for the guards, mobile offices, site accomodation, roof top dwelling and resorts etc. These porta cabins have diversified application based roof and wall panels made up of thermocoal and other fire proof material and insulation. These can have any type of internal wall/roof finishes similar to residentail/commercial spaces. Though these are thoroughly ventilated still they can be air conditioned also. Further, we properly utilize the resources and offer our services at affordable prices.Recently, we have made around 20,00 sq. feet of pota cabins for American Embassy School in Chankya Puri, New Delhi, where in they hold regular classes for the students and are of similar specifications of their existing class rooms.

Pre- engineered buildings/ sheds made of  fabricated structural steel
we offer design, fabrication and erection of structured steel sheds, warehouses and per-engineered buildings. To provide these services, we have requisite machineries and work force that assist us in fabricating approximately 80 to 100 mt of steel structure within our workshop per month. Further we have resources to procure regular supply of z purlins & roof sheeting as per customer desired design and specification from the reputed vendors. We have recently completed the fabrication and erection of steel shed of m/s bhp engineers (p) ltd faridabad, spreading over an area of 6500 sq/mt in about 7 months time. Moreover, we are fabricating 9th shed for the workshop of m/s dee development engineers (p) ltd in faridabad.

We offer services relating to fabrication of under ground steel storage tanks for petrol pumps and other diversified applications at minimum cost. Our services are designed to store the fuel safely. Further, our services are designed in such a way that they can provide environmental protection from soil and groundwater. We are registered manufacturer and supplier of underground storage tanks for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Numaligarh Refinery Limited.

We are offering services for fabrication of vertical shaft kilns and also provide complete solutions for manufacturing of high quality extruded bricks. Recently, we have developed an innovative kiln to manufacture clay burnt bricks under India brick project. It also fulfills emission standards laid by respective pollution control boards. Further, this kiln can manufacture high quality clay burnt bricks at around Rs. 0.90/brick by using flyash/coal dust along with clay.This project not only occupies lesser space but is also highly fuel efficient and deploys lesser manpower than the conventional process. The dried green bricks take only 10 to 11 hours for burning and have better edge finish, density and compressive strength as compare to the conventional hand moulded bricks. This project is money spinner: one can manufacture 14,000 bricks per day by deploying 4 no. kilns, and 1 brick moulding machine and 15 workers in about 2,000 sq. yard of space.
