Rotatory Aluminum Tube Filling and Coding Machine
• Our machine is designed very compact and suitable for every kind of tube size parts are also available for changing the weight & size of the tube.
• Operation of the Machine is fully automatic except feeding of tube
• No tube no fill system is attached in the machine
• Accuracy of the tube filling is achieved by positive section & discharge system.
• To Prevent the tailing (dripping ) special pneumatic sting cutter is used in the machine.
• Crimping station is built with an arrangement of single, double triple folds/crimps.
• A separate station is built with for embossing on crimped tube with coding.
• Automatic injectable system for filling & sealing tubes.
• Counter is also attached in the machine.
• After some modifications the same machine can be used for filling tins, jars & cyano acrylate adhesives.

The double cone blender is a convectional machine suitable for the dry mixing of powders in varied proportions to obtain uniform output. The main drum coupled to a suitable motor and gear box rotates on lateral axis. Due to its unique drum design complete mixing by agitation inside the drum takes place. The cone blender is provided with internal blades for uneven movement of the powder during mixing. It is optionally provided with a charging drum for charging of the material into the blender.

The Vessel is manufactured from S.S. 316 L Quality. The joints are argon / arc welded. The vessel is provided with inlet & outlet nozzle, safety valve for airtight sealing Silicon 'O' ring. A long tube is provided to ensure complete drawing out of the fluid. Trolley SS 304. With caster wheels extra cost. The maximum working pressure is 3 Kg / cm² and vessel Plate Tightening wing nut. All contact parts 316 L quality.
It is made out of SS 316 Quality. And provided with center nonstick as perforated sieve and wire support screen.
