This product contains a PVC polymeric substance dispersed in, wetting agents, organic solvents; film leveling agents, dryers and plasticizers for attaining mechanical strength to the film. Application of strippable PVC coating can be conveniently carried out, by dipping & by spraying. strippable PVC coating can be used on various types of fabricated wip & finished ferrous & non-ferrous components, anodized aluminum doors & windows, aluminum drawn sections, anodized labels, electroplated precision components, watch dials & precision tools and measuring instruments in an engineering industry. the strippable PVC coating shall be used as supplied, without any dilution, for brushing application, whereas for spraying, it shall be diluted with recommended thinner only, and used at 20 second viscosity on ford-cup b-4. the application shall leave a very thin rust protective dried film on the surface which will be non permeable to water, acids, alkalies and to any atmospheric attack. The film will offer excellent protection against atmospheric corrosion for a period of 12 months indoors & for a period of 6 months outdoors, while the components are stores in a covered shed.This rust preventive coating can be easily removed by stripping it off like a banana skin, when not wanted. The film is removed in totality .
