We are also equipped with facilities like cold forging units, hot forging units, etc. Our hot forging unit further facilitate us to produce bigger dies ( from M27 to M56) or longer ones ( from 200 mm to 500 mm). Similarly the cold forging process enables us to achieve a better fatigue resistance with fillet radius and roll-formed threads.

Our products and dies are designed using CAD / CAM in order to achieve 100% accuracy in products manufactured. We have also installed modernized high temperature hot dip galvanizing ceramic bath furnace for smooth & accurate coating.

In our quality control mechanisms every aspect is taken care of like all raw material used are free from cracks and surface discontinuities. The testing laboratory tests the proof load, wedge load, hardness, tensile strength, elongation and yield strength, head soundness, etc. Use of ring & plug gauges, vernier calipers micrometer & slip gauges ensures that the quality is at par with desired standard.
