Governance:Corporate Responsibility is governed through the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) committee, taking responsibility for environmental, safety, social and people issues and initiatives within the business.
Environment:Addressing challenges around the environment has been an important focus for Radhakrishna Foodland. It is our belief that Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability present valuable benefits and opportunities for our business, our customers and the wider community. This has been articulated in our 10-Year ‘Environment Strategy’ .The document outlines our priorities on Quality, Health, Hygiene, Safety, Security, Environment, Maintenance and Compliances and creates a framework for delivering progress against our objectives by communicating to employees, suppliers and customers on the way we work in these areas.

Purvin Patel- Chief Operating Officer:Purvin is the Chief Operating Officer of RFPL since last 4 years. He has a Degree in Management Studies from Brunel University in the United Kingdom. With a long tenure in retail mainly with Asda Walmart–UK, Purvin has a rich experience of more than 20 years in operations. His professional experience and exposure puts him in good stead to head the business division in India.
Balasubramanian Iyer- Chief Financial Officer:Bala, as he is popularly known, is the force behind the entire set up which keeps the business in good health and shape. Bala is a Chartered Accountant with a rich experience of 23 years. He has been with the Group for almost four years and is a critical member of the team.
Krishna Shete-Head – Sales & Marketing:Krishna leads the Sales & Marketing team. The Business Development strategy, a key aspect of client activation, is driven by Krishna. With his fresh approach and dynamism, he, manages the business challenges in keeping with the long term goals of the organization.
Sudesh Sawant-Vice President – HR:Sudesh has overall 27 years of National and International exposure in FMCG Sales, Retail Hypermarket Operations, Cash - -Carry Trading and HR. He is in charge of the entire human resource requirements of the organization.
Vishal Sharma-Vice President - Operations:Vishal comes with a 20+ years of cross functional experience in challenging leadership roles of the Indian Army. He has earned his MBA from MDI Gurgaon,holds a B.Tech in electronics & communication & is a Masters in Strategy from Madras University. He ensures a smooth & seamless execution of all operations in warehousing & transportation across India.
Girish Deshpande-General Manager Process Excellence:A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, has 14 years experience in the Finance Field in SCM , Retail along with IT and Legal. He has led various cross functional teams for standardization, automation and productivity improvement projects within the organizations. He heads the “Business Excellence Team at RFPL which drives excellence in supply chain operations throughout the organisation.
