Fire Resistant Door

We offer our customers fire resistant door plate types that are precision designed and manufactured by us as per TAC / IS 3614. Our extensive process experience allows us to deliver these in both standard and customized specifications. Some of the available configurations are given below:

`Radiant’ Plate type Single Leaf hinge door:

• Single leaf door stands for door with single panel with maximum door width of 1150 mm
• MS sheet having thickness of 6 mm with flat having size of 100 x 100 x 6 mm are used for fabrication of panels
• Frame is fabricated using angles having size of 100 x 100 x 6mm
• Engineered special frame profiles that complement wall construction & architectural style can also be made available on specific requests
• Accessories / Iron mongery are not included but made available optionally

`Radiant’ Plate type Double Leaf hinge door:

• Double leaf door stands for door with double panels
• Available maximum door width of 1150 mm
• Use of MS sheets having thickness of 6 mm
• Use of flats having size of 100 x 100 x 6 mm for the fabrication of panel
• Frame fabricated from angle having size of 100 x 100 x 6mm
• Engineered special frame profiles can be used for complementing individual wall construction & architectural style
• Accessories / Iron mongery are not included but made available optionally

Acoustic resistant doors offered by us are available in widest possible selection of sound rated doors. These are offered in a variety of STC (Sound Transmission Classification) ratings from STC 41 to STC 57. We also hold expertise in manufacturing oversize, undersized, double doors, swinging doors, sliding doors & tandem doors.

Blast Resistant Doors type of door (Hinge type or Sliding type) is formed and fabricated from heavy gauge, steel face sheets constructed around a custom engineered, steel rib core with interior armor plate as required protecting against specified blast level. Door leaves are designed for practical solutions and to be as light as possible while allowing maximum protection. Door models vary in thickness for very low range with single point latching (at swing doors) to steel plate construction for mid to high range blast loads with two point or multi point latching. It can be made available in flush design or with vision lights. Frames are factory prepared for masonry, concrete, expansion bolt or weld – in anchorage and shipped set up and welded (or knock down where shipping limitations mandate size for large units). Standard frame design is made available or can engineer special frame profiles to complement wall construction and architectural style.

Hinge type door is supplied with all the components including frame, anchorage, hinges, door panel and latching hardware. Whereas for Sliding type door – necessary equipment like track and trolleys, hanging brackets, door panel and blast restraints etc., are provided. Accessories / Iron mongery are not included in the supply but can be made available optionally.

We offer our customers Core Type Fire Resistant Door/Fire Resistant Door that are precision designed and manufactured as per BS 476 Part 22. Further, these have fire ratings ranging from 30 minutes to 120 minutes that fulfills all the three criteria of Integrity, Stability & Insulation and in various configurations as follows:

`Radiant’ Single Leaf Hinge Door:

• Single leaf door stands for door with single panel where maximum door width available is 1150 mm
• Use of GI/MS/SS sheets to fabricate the panel having thickness of 20 SWG
• Overall thickness of the panel is 40 / 42 mm
• Panel provided with stiffeners inbuilt to affix hardware based on configurations or BOQ
• For insulation purpose Core board is used as infill material to provide with integrity, stability & insulation
• Frame fabricated from 16 SWG GI/MS/SS sheet having single rebate
• Double rebate/ engineered special frame profiles to complement wall construction & architectural style can also be made available on specific requests
• Accessories / Iron mongery are not included but can be made available optionally

`Radiant’ Double Leaf Hinge Door:

• Double leaf door stands for door with double panels with maximum door width of 2300 mm
• Use of GI/MS/SS sheet having thickness of 20 SWG for fabrication of panels
• Overall thickness of panels is 40 / 42 mm
• Panels provided with inbuilt stiffeners to affix hardware based on configurations/ BOQ
• For insulation purpose Core board used as an infill material to provide with integrity, stability & insulation
• Frame fabricated from 16 SWG GI/MS/SS sheet having single rebate
• Double rebate frame/ engineered special frame profiles to complement wall construction and architectural style can be made available on specific requests
• Accessories / Iron mongery are not included but made available optionally

`Radiant’ Auto Sliding Door:

• Fabricated from GI/MS/SS sheet that has thickness of 20 SWG with overall panel thickness of 40 / 42 mm
• Core board used as an infill material to provide with integrity, stability & insulation
• Door can be made available in Single leaf/ Double leaf (Bi-parting Door) or in other designs depending on the requirement/ application suitability/ conditions prevailing at the site
• Door comprises of Sliding Rail to guide the panel, fusible link (fire rated at 68 deg.C), wire rope, bottom rollers (to guide the panel at the bottom) and counter weights
• Door always kept into open position
• At the time of fire break, fusible link melts, which allows counter weight hung to wire rope to pull the panel automatically close & prevent fire from spreading further
• Standard accessories are included in the supply

`Radiant’ Non Auto Sliding Door:

• Door fabricated from GI/MS/SS sheet having thickness of 20 SWG with overall panel thickness of 40 / 42 mm
• Core board used as an infill material to provide with integrity, stability & insulation
• Door can be made in Single leaf/ Double leaf (Bi-parting Door)
• It can also be made available in other designs depending upon the requirement & application suitability at client’s end
• Door operated or closed manually & comprises of Sliding Rail for guiding the panel, bottom rollers to guide panel at the bottom
• Door is always kept into open position and at time of fire break manual pulling of the panel is required to close & prevent fire from spreading further
