2002 – Expanded its turnout production base to southern India, Hyderabad
2005 – Entered into a Joint Venture with the VAE Gmbh, Austria to manufacture turnouts in India under the name Rahee Track Technologies Pvt Ltd

Objectives
Quality objectives were defined to effectively transmit our policy and to be able to face the challenge of a measurable and efficient continual improvement of our processes, products and services. These objectives shall form the basis of measurable team objectives, the key data of which can be easily found with our standard software tools.
Adherence to delivery schedules :
Keeping agreed upon dates of delivery and communicating with the customer in good time in case of recognizable deviations. In a first step it is necessary to design a monitoring system, to measure strengths and weaknesses of our affiliates, partners and suppliers and to advice them in their continual improvement efforts.
This means continual improvement of all activities. The first priority is to optimise the internal processes and to refine the communication between head office, production plant and external partners during manufacture.

RTT’s ISO 9001:2000 standard quality comes from exceptional quality management. Process Structure of RTT
For developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system a process approach was adopted. The most important – value adding – activities were identified. The sequence and interaction of the processes are managed by the persons responsible using the process structure, the procedures and the process measurements.
The procedures define the sequences within our organization in strict compliance with ISO 9001:2000. They are binding for all employees of RTT.

RAMS Management
The close connection between safety, reliability and life cycle costs asks increasingly for optimized products with regard to reliability, availability and safety.
Within the scope of the RAMS Management of VAE analysis of risks, reliability, maintainability and safety for each product are carried out in accordance with EN 50 126 standards.
The goal of our RAMS Management is to minimize potential risks for humans and the environment and to maximize the reliability and safety of our products.

RTT uses the latest technology for designing its turnout systems. Our engineers can design points and crossings to non standard geometry for special applications, thus meeting the most challenging customer-specific requirements. Efficient personnel and excellent technical capabilities ensure that customised solutions are put into practice within a short span of time.
