Each pneumatic operated equipment or instrument will operate efficiently for prolonged period if compressed air used is free from moisture, oil and solid dirt. Use of air filter in line prior to equipment or instrument will serve this purpose.

Salient Features
:

  • Double action filtration by cyclone separation and residual separation produces clean air all practical purposes with minimum pressure drop.
  • Ease of maintenance, complete filter assembly can be removed by simply removing the bottom nut.
  • Extruded aluminum chrome plated body, shatterproof polycarbonate bowl, S.S. bottom nut and brass drain cock.

    Each Pneumatic operated equipment or instrument operates efficiently at a particular pressure and on clean and dry air. As the line pressure varies and is contaminated with dirt moisture and oil, use of air filter regulator facilitates operation in most economical way.

    Air Knife / Air Blade

  • Air Knife is a non contact method of removing unwanted surface liquid, moisture, dirt, coatings, contamination, debris, heat, static charge, etc. during manufacturing process of predominantly conveyed (moving) articles or parts.
  • Air Wipe System powered by low pressure air from blower devices a continuous laminar sheet / stream / curtain of precisely controlled high velocity air.
  • This sheet / stream / curtain of high velocity air pushes the liquid from the surface of the article / product and residual moisture is shattered from the article / product.
  • This mist is carried away by continuous stream of air. This sheet/ stream / curtain of high velocity air also blows away debris, deans surfaces, dissipates heat, spreads / dries coatings, takes away static charges, protects surface etc.
  • In certain applications where longer / deeper reach of high velocity air is required nozzles could also be used.
  • Drying with low pressure air knife systems has been known to cut costs by 80% compared with thermal drying and compressed air systems.
  • An effective working air knife system can be assembled using standard single or multiple air knives, located strategically.

    Air Knife System

    Air Knife System consists of air knife system components like air knife, blower, pipe & fittings and mounting stand. All these are mounted on a stand and pre connected. Mounting of air knife is so, that it allows positioning of air knife in all possible directions including angular adjustment. This will ensure air knife can be positioned properly for most profiles and sites of products stand and fittings can be made in M.S. With plating or painting or in 304 or 316 S.S. as per application demand.

    High Pressure Regulator
    High Pressure Regulator

    Each pneumatic operated equipment or instrument operates efficiently at a particular pressure. Use of Air Regulator in the line reduces the high incoming pressure from compressor or bottles and also maintains uniform reduced pressure irrespective of the fluctuating incoming pressure within limits. RAICO'S "High Pressure PET Regulators" have been specially designed and developed to cater to high flow-high-pressure requirements of the pet blowing machines. These regulators are used to provide regulated air required for blowing into the pet performs. RAICO regulator provide minimum pressure droop for high flows. These regulators provide effective and sensitive pressure control and give quick response thereby decreasing the cycle time of operation in pet blowing machine. Two models of High Pressure Regulator are available Model HPR & Model PVPR.

    3" & 4" & 6" Pressure Regulator

    3",4”,6” Regulators are specially designed for high flow applications of large compressed air installations. These regulators provide stable output pressures at high flow with minimum pressure droop. Ideal for 3" lines where differential pressure between inlet and outlet is low. Suitable for flows upto 600 Scfm. Standard body construction is graded C.I. body with brass and S. S. internals. Diaphragm is nylon-reinforced nitrile. Seals are nitrile. Balanced valve disc gives instantaneous response. Maximum inlet pressure is 150 PSI (10.6 Kg/Cm2) for C.I. body. For high pressure C.S./S.S. 304 or S. S. 316 are also available. Output pressure can be 0-60 PSI (4.2 Kg/Cm2) or 0-150 PSI (10.6 Kg/Cm2). End connections can be flanged or threaded. Pilot type regulators also available as option.

    Air Lubricator

    Each pneumatic equipment having moving parts will operate efficiently for longer period if equipment is kept properly lubricated. Ideal and most economical way to lubricate these equipments is to allow the compressed air to carry oil in mist form. This is achieved by using air lubricator in the line.
