All gauges manufactured by us are made from the best alloy steel viz. OHNS and EN-31, hardened to 58-60 HRC and duly sub-zero treated at at -80ºC for long-term dimensional stability. Plain Ring Gauge

Steel ring gauges and master setting rings are manufactured from Inner Dia. 1 mm. to 200 mm.

We manufacture & supply various types of measuring pins for checking of bores, centre distances, groove dimensions, inspection of micrometers, gear measurements, etc. They are manufactured according to the IS standards and are manufactured from high quality steel.

Specific features:

Hardened, ground & lapped measuring pins are available in standard steps of 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.10 mm.

Loose pins available from 0.50 mm to 12.00 mm with tolerance 0.002 mm

Loose pins available from 12.01 mm to 18.00 mm with tolerance ±0.002 mm

Material : EN31

Length of measuring pins up to 1.50 mm diameter is 40mm & above 1.51mm diameter it is 50 mm.

Pins set will be supplied in plastic container for extra safety.

All pins are without knobs. If knobs required charges extra.

Loose pins of odd sizes are available on request.

NABL Calibration Certificate will be issued with each set & inspection certificate for loose pins.
