Moreover we have a production capacity of 100 tons with the help of our latest production set up. Our manufacturing division is well equipped with ultra modern and sophisticated machines and tools which enable us to effectively and economically recycle plastic scraps. Some of the machines, we use are:

  • Extruder

Our machines are highly operational and require minimum maintenance. We are backed with consistent power supply so that the production procedures are not hampered due to power failures.



Quality Assurance

We confirm to defect prevention strategy and vigilantly supervise the manufacturing procedure so that no flaws occur all through the procedure. Warehousing & Packaging
Our large and spacious warehouse is used to store voluminous products at a time. Our warehousing facilities are regularly maintained in order to ensure that we offer premium quality plastic granules to our clients. The warehouse is equipped with temperature moderators to sustain the temperature. We have also fitted fire safety equipments, to prevent any accident.

We also offer customized packaging facility. We offer safety packaging facilities to perfection in order to save them from damage during transportation. Our products are packaged in export quality packaging material as per the requirement of our clients.
