Soy protein has been used since 1959 as ingredients for its functional properties in a variety of foods such as salad dressings, soups, vegetarian foods and meat imitations. Its functional properties are emulsification and texturizing.

| | Product Description Solpro 741 is a cream colored soy protein isolate which is applicable for a wide range of food products requiring particularly high protein and low viscosity. This product is produced in accordance with a Governmental Accredited Identity Preserved (IP) program (PPIS). The IP program is based on NON-GMO sources of origin, with full documentation through all steps of sowing, harvesting, storage, transportation, all stages of processing and contains a maximum of 0.9% adventitious residual GMO.
Product Application Food industries for human consumption: Nutritional bars, Ready To Drink (RTD) beverages including UHT treatment and Dry Beverage Blends (DBB) where low viscosity and good dispersibility, over a range of pH values and heat treatments is desired.
