Using the latest technology machines and putrescent animal rawhide and skin, we are able to manufacture leather of different varieties, including Antique (Stone Wash), NDM (Natural Dye Milled), PDM (Semi Natural), Rambler, Cow Nappa, Sheep Nappa, Goat Nappa, Buff and Vegetable Tan (Cow VT and Buff VT).

The process of leather manufacturing involves three fundamental sub-processes that are described below:

• Preparation: At this stage, the hide/skin is prepared for tanning. This stage includes preservation, soaking, liming, fleshing, unhairing, splitting, reliming, deliming, degreasing, bating, frizing, bleaching, pickling and de-pickling.
• Tanning: This process involves conversion of protein of the raw hide or skin into a stable material that does not putrefy, making it suitable to be used in a wide variety of end applications. The tanning material used in this process is chosen considering the end application of the leather.
• Crusting: During this process, the tanned hide is subjected to retanning, thinning, and lubrication. The process includes coloring operations and is culminated by drying and softening operations. Generally, crusting involves wetting back, sammying, shaving, whitening, splitting, rechroming, neutralization, dyeing, retanning, staking, fatliquoring, stuffing, filling, stripping, fixating, setting, drying, conditioning, milling, and buffing.

Often, the processing of leather involves surface coating or finishing. This process also includes oiling, brushing, padding, ironing, impregnation, spraying, buffing, roller coating, polishing, plating, embossing, curtain coating, ironing/combing (for hair-on), glazing and tumbling operations.
