RRL's plants are designed to change product lines swiftly, with minimum losses, to enable the company to offer yarns at competitive prices meeting customer requirement asto quality, also asto small order size. RRL size, location and capabilities go to offer wide array of standard as well as customized products to expanding client's base.
RRL believes in being innovative and cost competitive & hence has a backup of a comprehensive R&D department with spinning and texturising facilities including pilot melt spinning, also a Quality Assurance Department equipped with the latest equipment for testing the yarn.
Domestic and Export Sales
RRL has a strong presence in the domestic market with wide array of high quality, cost effective products – a mix of existing proven products as well as newly developed products. The customer satisfaction is monitored and kept in sharp focus in its Applications and Service Cell.
RRL products are exported to International clients in countries such as: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Egypt, Guatemala, Iran, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Poland, Spain, Syria, Thailand, Vietnam etc.
Infrastructure
The company was set up in 1993 with annual production capacity of production 600 tons of Polyester Textured Yarn gradually by year 2004, capacity increased to 25500 Tons / Annum (product mix of 80 & 150 denier 70% of denier and 30% of 150 denier) Our company has installed POY plant of 60000 tons per annual capacity at silvassa the plant is designed to produce various types of yarn and specialty yarn the project has made company finished product more cost competitive and profitable.
Our company has installed a POY plant at Silvassa with 18 POY lines, out of which 5 lines of POY has been converted to FDY lines. Now the capacity of POY is 40,000 Tons per Annum (based on 150 Denier) and FDY is 20,000 Tons per Annum (based on 150 Denier). The plant is designed to produce various types of yarn and specialty yarns. The project has made company's finished product more cost competitive and profitable.
Company has an objective to grow globally through its cost competitive and aggressive marketing strategies. Company is supplying various types of polyester filament yarn throughout India and endeavors to achieve total customer satisfaction and brand image.
Raw Materials
Purchasing Material :
We produce 30000 T.P.A. of PTY (based on average of 75/36 SD denier), 40000 T.P.A. of POY and 20000 T.P.A of FDY (based on average of 150/36 SD denier). We want qualified suppliers of following raw materials and consumables and request them to contact us directly without involving any dealer or agent.

As a result of our strict quality control, we often have some down-grade fabrics for sale, you can visit us and pick up what may interested you. As for the textile scraps, we have various plastic barrels, iron barrels, waste paper, waste yarn, odd and ends fabrics etc.

RRL continue focus in R&D activities towards new products and application, improvement in operating efficiencies and reduction in manufacturing costs.
Further, with commissioning of new productions facilities we are able to produce POY of Denier range fine to course. Very few plants in India have production facilities for producing such a wide denier range. Plant is designed to produce following types of specialty yarns.

Yarns of various cross-sections viz, Triobal, Octalobal etc.
Fire retardant and anit microbial yarns through chips spinning or master batch. Use of such yarns is mandatory for specific fabrics in developed quantities and now becoming popular in India.
The product lines of plant are designed to change product with minimum changeover losses hence can meet customer requirement even for small quantities. Therefore plant has both the capabilities. It is cost effective due to its size and location as well as capable to offer customize products.
The philosophy of company is to be innovative and cost competitive. To achieve this target company has equipped the complete R&D facilities of spinning and texturising. The R&D facilities include pilot melt spinning along with modern equipments for testing of yarn. Very few plants in the world are equipped with such types of facilities.
