Compacting: We offer compacting technologies with the help of our advanced shrinkage machines. Our shrinkage tests compacts fabrics upto 60" width and keeps the design & structure of the fabric in tact.

Printing: Our well-equipped printing division comprises of transfer printing machines and manual print tables. We provide tie-up rotary printing facility imparting 12 color on the garment. The designs for printing are developed with the help of CAD/CAM software.

Embroidery: We offer top notch embroidery designs developed from computerized embroidery machines from Barudan and Japan. The sampling machine has 8 heads/9 colors for quicker sampling and the final production is done in 20 heads/9 colors. We also have arrangement for hand embroidery.

Sampling Division: We have a different sampling department, which assists our computer’s marketing efforts. Our sampling team consists of patternmakers, designers, cutting masters and tailors. The department is armed with latest machines and equipments similar to the garmenting department to meet develop innovative range of knitted garments.

In order to produce full fledged range of knitted garments, the fabrics undergo the following manufacturing procedures:

Knitting: We standardize fabrics in particular knitting machines brand and perform routine knitting follow up at GRIECH state. We ensure to maintain the grammage per square meter in state and check the fabric before processing.

Dyeing: Our dyeing division is well equipped with computer controlled color measurement and matching procedures. The post dyeing process which includes balloon padding and relaxes dyeing imparts an even finish to the fabric. Our imported dyeing machines dye without streaks and wrinkles and our fabrics are dyed uniformly.

Our team consists of skilled designers, weavers, spinners, pattern makers, tailors and textile engineers who creatively develop spectrum of fashionable and trendy garments. Our skilled artisans and designers develop garments to enhance the persona of the wearer. They give utmost importance to the durability and wash ability of the fabric.
