In this agreement, the terms and conditions about the demand and supply of manpower from India is clearly stated. Once the agreement has been signed, we provide manpower to our clients. Employers Part: Demand Letter: A demand letter is issued by the employer in favor of Rajani Exports. In this letter the job categories, monthly salary, number of workers required in each category, duration of contract, and other facilities for the workers, such as medical, food, transport, air passage, medical and accommodation are included. Letter of Authority: A letter of authority is issued by the employer or principal in favor of our organization. This letter is addressed to the Consulate General in India, of the concerned embassy. The letter mentions that we are their bonafide manpower recruiting agents and have the authority to deal with all kinds of visa related issues, submissions and delivery, with the concerned embassy. This process is applicable to middle - east and far- east countries only. Agreement Of Employment: Between the employer and employee, this is a standard employment contract Agents Parts: Selection: The selection of applicant is done either by oral or written test, which is conducted by the employer or any authorized person. All kinds of support required for this purpose such as transport, accommodation and other logistic needs are arranged by us. If we are entrusted with selection and testing workers, we do it with the support of our professionals. Medical Checkup: Once the selection process is over, candidates are sent for medical examination by respective embassies' authorized medical centers Application For Visa: As authorized by the employer, we apply for visa in the respective embassy for the selected candidates. Ticketing And Emigration: PTA may be sent or required traveling expenses may be remitted in favor of our organization to facilitate traveling expenses as scheduled. Moreover, for the candidates, emigration clearance is obtained from the concerned Govt. department. Orientation Before Departure: Before traveling abroad, we provide basic orientation to workers. The workers are provided with first hand information about their duties, responsibilities, work environment and the labor laws of the country of employment

Basically highly Skilled & Technically qualified Professional categories required are sourced from our database. ii) Job Postings in Job portals (the day of receipt of requirements) We post the requirements on our Job portal www.indiamart.com/rajani and also have contractual access to 3 leading premier jobsites i.e. Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com & Monster.com of India which contains large database for all industries meeting the International Standard. iii) Headhunting Activity (After 3 days of receipt of the requirements) We also conduct headhunting in demographic areas where certain specialized categories are available. Time Frame to Mobilize the Candidate
What is the estimated time frame required to successfully mobilize selected candidates to the Employer after acceptance of a job offer ?
