| | Big Bag Filling Our range of Big Bag
Filling Machines is fabricated with high grade raw material to ensure
their robustness and performance. These are precision engineered and
are widely used in various material filling applications. Further, to
facilitate our clients, we can also provide the customized range of
these machines within committed time frame.
The salient features are

- Before leaving the
filling station the filled material is weighed deaerated &
densified Bags are stable, stackable, safe & easy to handle
- Empty bags are
mounted by four loops hanging of the bulk bags on the suspended
weigh frames making them easy to reach posts
- The inlet spout is
protected to the flared end of filling head by a slip ring seal
which allows appropriate positioning of the liner
- Filling cycle is
controlled by the micro-controller for efficient filling
- Roller conveyor is
also been installed for making it more durable

Vessels is manufactured with mild steel and these are dense phase
transporters. These are used for conveying high capacity for longer
distances normally at lower speeds and a material to ratio as high as
8 times of Dilute Phase Systems. We have a wide range of dense phase
transporter that is designed as per the accepted industry standard

| | Bag Filter Our company is also
engaged in the sphere of manufacturing a wide range of Bag Filters
that are used to clean the environment from pollution. These have
been appreciated for their high dust removal ability from air and
restricting nature for air flow by using a suitable filter cloth. It
provides minimum resistance to air flow but holds the dust particles
to travel with air. Specifications:
