Also we are engaged in manufacturing and exporting of ball valves with male adapter. These are widely used for opening and closing the tube or pipe in which fluid fluid is passing through. These are highly appreciated by our clients due its light weight, dimensional accuracy, abrasion & corrosion resistance and robust construction.

Many industries encounter problem of residues in the ball valve. These residues contaminate the media and hinder the operation of the ball valve. In cases where the fluid is meant for human consumption, it becomes all the more dangerous as it may contaminate and make the fluid toxic. In cases where the media changes from time to time, such as color of paints, the residual paint contaminates and changes the color.

It is therefore necessary to eliminate the deposition of this residue material. The reason why this residue deposits itself in the ball valve is because of the design of the valve. During the half open position of the ball valve, a gap is created between the ball bore and the body. The fluid can easily creep into this gap and get itself deposited in this cavity of the body. To avoid the fluid getting into this cavity, the cavity has to be plugged. This can be done by extending the seats in such a manner that it is always in contact with the ball, thus avoiding the gap. This type of ball valve is known as Cavity Filler Ball Valve.

As per the requirement of one of our clients this ball valve has been successfully developed and tested.

We offer high quality male threaded ball valve with hose adapter. These valves are leak proof and offer low maintenance operations in industries like chemical and petrochemicals, water treatment, agriculture, textile and others. Custom made to fit the requirements of clients and comply with international quality standards, these valves are in high demand in the market.

Usually to fabricate ball valves, where standard castings are not available, welding is preferred. Welding poses some major challenges, such as formation of heat affected zones which may have different material properties and color. Improper welding can also lead to leakage and rework. Moreover, the reworked valve's appearance is unacceptable. To overcome this hurdle, a new technology to join the flanges was developed. Here the flanges and valve bodies are screwed together and machined to eliminate gaps. These bonds are leak-proof and the appearance of the valves is excellent.

This valve is used on Blast Furnace to view the flame quality. Usually a Sight Glass is provided for this purpose which is always exposed to the high temperature of the furnace, leading to frequent breakages. To avoid this, a Ball Valve is provided which protects this Sight Glass as the Valve is opened only when the flame quality is to be checked. As the Sight Glass is not subjected to high temperature for long durations, it last longer.
