To design our range, heat treatment process is carried out under the controlled atmosphere furnace of batch type fitted with modern temperature controllers. In addition, we have quality testing facility like calibrated thread gauge and plain gauges to check the dimension, hardness and mechanical properties of our fasteners and forged components.

Moreover, we allow the inspection of our products by customers and their inspection agencies like Engineers India Ltd., P.D.I.L. Uhde India Ltd, Lloyds, Tata Consultancy Engineers, TDC or any other third party inspection agency
