We take pride in introducing ourselves as one of the distinguished manufacturers and suppliers of a variety of natural oils. Incepted in 2004, Rajkeerth Aromatics and Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is headed by managing director Mr. P.B Rajsekhar, who is an experienced chemical engineer. He has served reputed companies of the country like Chemoplast and Reliance with his vast knowledge and industry experience. He has successfully setup one more branch of the company in Kadambakkam, Chennai.

With our expertise and talented team, we ensure that every single product passes through stringent quality checks and is offered at competitive prices.

Products

Our products gallery includes oils that are developed using the finest and natural herbs such as natural flavours, flowers and leaves extracted oils from leaves procured from farmers. We specialize in manufacturing Jasmine Sabac Oil, Jasmine Grandiflorum Oil, Tuberose Oil, Spice Oils, Herb Oils and Gerani Oils. All our products share following features:

Infrastructure

Our fully equipped manufacturing unit has state of the art machines and equipments to undertake extraction processes which includes
  • Steam distillation
  • Absolute manufacturing
  • Oil distillation
  • Solvent extraction


We have a production capacity of 100 kgs concrete and 2 tons of distillation everyday. Our solvent extraction unit is well maintained and absolutely hygienic to manufacture products as per clients’ specification.


Manufacturing Process

We follow advanced methods of oil manufacturing process to produce quality products. Concrete and absolute are extracted by solvent extraction from the fresh flowers. The leaves and stalks are used for extraction, and the oil is obtained through steam distillation. Through unprecedented involvement in every step of the manufacturing process special attention being paid on the quality of the raw material used. We implement modern techniques in extraction, blending, mixing, filtering, straining, etc. which ensure that all our products are produced hygienically.

Warehousing and Packaging

We understand the necessity of maintaining a warehousing facility to store the finished goods. This is the best way to meet clients’ bulk orders at stipulated delivery schedule. We store all the products in our hygienically maintained storage yard which is commodious and well maintained. All the products are kept in separate section with proper labels.

We undertake individual packaging of the products in quality material to avoid any kind of leakage and spillage of oil during transit. Products are manually packed by our talented packaging experts.


R & D

The Research and Development is one of the hallmarks of any progressive organization. Our R&D department has been set for the development of new formulations and processes. R&D team is constantly engaged in research to understand the market dynamics in a better way and offer innovative products.
