Rajneesh Cast Alloys has recently been formed with prime objective to produce most precision quality castings of grey/sg/ductile/cast iron/ms castings for scaffolding, automobile, valve and pump and other allied engineering industries and to achieve total satisfaction of the importers/customers - thereby that of the ultimate consumers. In its current year of operation, we intend to achieve an approximate turn- over of USD$ 1.30 millions by making supplies, preferably to OEMS' directly or through their vendors - strictly as per the specifications, drawing, moulds/patterns which may be provided by them. It is indeed very heartening to place on record that the unit has already achieved 80% of its targeted goal, fixed for the first year of its operation.
Further, It has a burning desire to serve its clientele to their utmost satisfaction and to quench this will, the unit has been making dedicated efforts. Rajneesh Cast Alloys are capable enough and ready to pump-in adequate funds from time to time for successful functioning of the unit. A minimum growth target of 25% has made-up an office in the heart of its heart in each of the year to come.
Rajneesh Cast Alloys - as on date it has at its floor, a full line of machinery, which is required to meet out its current production needs. The unit is further ready to install any number of more appropriate machines - commissioning of which may become essential to generate an efficient (precision quality) output to cater to the demands of both national and international markets. Currently, it has a work force of eighty numbers of people, including skilled and semi-skilled. They are being supervised by highly Qualified and Technically experienced staff and other professionals engaged by the unit.
We have also obtained ourselves quality certification ISO 9001:2008. We are also endeavoring to match our quality in consonance with the DIN standards and obtain necessary certification.
Since the unit is at its infancy stage and rightly looking forward to gain continual cooperation from its allied sector. It would not at all be justified to prophecies its ultimate shape much of which depends upon the future trends of the market.
