Since its inception in 1988 Rajputana Exports has given humankind new stones to decorate their surroundings. When Rajuptana Exports started its operations it started with Green Marble which due to its rich texture is known the world over and is also famed for the NH quality of Green Marble which is considered to be the best in the world and we are the only producer of NH Green Marble in the Industry.

Quality Policy / ProcessesSHADE: We strictly maintain the shade of the merchandise as desired by the client. While producing cut to size tiles, careful batching is done even when the material is cut from the same slab / block. REPAIRING/NETTING: We do the repairing/netting to reasonable levels and not to the extent of joining two broken pieces. Moreover, more importantly, we use low viscosity epoxy based resins specially produced in Italy & Germany for stone application. We never use cheaper polyester-based resins, which have a limited life. THICKNESS: While sawing, especially marble we take a lot of care, for the best result as it is a very brittle and pasty material. A little less carefulness and the result is taper slabs.
We maintain a very low down feed and regularly monitor the sharpness of diamonds to insure maximum tolerance of +/-0.5mm within a same slab. FLATNESS/CURVES: At Evergreen Stonex we have carefully controlled this very common and major problem. We never let the sawing result in slabs with a curve, which makes the fabrication/installation very difficult. We always maintain flatness of slabs to the permissible tolerance limit. GLOSS / POLISH: We polish the Granite / Marble slabs & Tile on automatic multiple head line polishing machine from Breton- spa & peddrini spa of Italy. We never supply merchandise polished on “locally made table polishing machine”. We achieve the gloss between 750 -900 and guarantee an excellent flatness, Proper pre bed preparation and suitable life of the gloss at international levels. SQUARENESS: We maintain Perfect square ness in cut to size materials; thanks to the automatic bridge cutting machine from Peddrine SPA & Breton SPA, Italy. We never use locally made bridge cutting machines or conventional hand driven edge cutting machines as it is far than difficult to maintain. PACKING: We never try to save cost on wood or other packing materials. We consider that the quality of packing is as important as the quality of product. SHIPPING: Even in F.O.B. & C.& F. shipments we consider it as our duty to investigate and inform the buyer with various options of suitable shipping lines offering best freight along with shortest transit time and satisfactory service. Our job does not just end upon loading the container. We maintain the track of container till it reaches the destination and keep the client advised of various movements/trans shipments.
