	Customization We have built our expertise in manufacturing a customized range of products, which are made from using quality rubber. We have a fully equipped captive tool room and laboratory facilities manned by experienced technical workforce. They assists us in developing new range of customized products as per the metallurgical specifications and other chemical information given by the client.


	Infrastructure We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure, which is well versed and equipped with varied technically advanced machinery for meeting the requirements of our clients. Further, we also make considerable use of cutting edge technology, which is at par with international standards. We have installed high-end machines at our manufacturing unit, which can meet the requirements of our clients for their small as well as bulk orders. Some of the various machines, which we have installed at our manufacturing unit, are injection molding machine and oscillating disc rheometer apart from many other.


	Quality Assurance We try and maintain the quality of the products by keeping a stringent check on each stages of the production process. All our products right from the raw material till the final finish are duly checked for their quality in our in house quality control laboratory. Our vigilant team of qualified quality personnel performs stringent quality checks at every stage of production. We use the following machinery for testing these components. They are: Hardness Tester Specific Gravity Tester Tensile and Elongation Testing Equipment Compression Set Apparatus (for both stress and strain) Aging oven for accelerated aging test (air circulating for heataging) Aging oven for oil aging testing.
