PVC Insulated flexible electrical cables up to 1100 volts is the range of electrical wires generally used for House/Panel wiring with PVC/HR PVC/Zero Halogen/FR Insulated single or multi core cables provides additional safety and security. The wires are having the ISI marked as per IS 694-1990.

· Single core PVC insulated and sheathed copper/Aluminium conductor up to and including 240 sq.mm.
· Multi core 2-4 rounds PVC insulated & sheathed copper conductor up to 25sq.mm.
· Flat 2 & 3 core PVC insulated & sheathed copper conductor up to and including 16sq.mm.

Our R & D department is developing and manufacturing the cable against the customer’s requirement of specific parameters.
 

We bring for our clients our flexible cables that are manufactured at our production unit. These cables are available in different types like flexible and standard conductor – 0.5 mm2 to 50 mm2., round / flat type cables, single core to multicore cables and insulated / insulated and sheathed cables. Our flexible cables are durable in quality and are known for their construction. The specifics of our flexible cables include:

• Standard - IS 694 / 1990, BS: 6004 1991
• Application - House hold wiring, appliances and electronic panels
• Conductor – Stranded / bunched, annealed, bare / tinned copper in all sizes up to 50 mm2.
• Insulation – PVC / Polyethylene by extruded layer, in different type of temperature grades up to 135oC.
• Laying of core – For multicore cables, cores are laid up to form single core.
• Sheathing – Final PVC layer is applied by extrusion.
