Established in the year 2004, we at Rajshri are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Indian traditional & ethnic wear and fashion jewellery. The apparels are manufactured using quality fabrics that are sourced from some of the certified vendors across the nation. Further, these fashion and ethnic wear are available in different sizes, color combinations and are adorned with beautiful embroidery work. Apart from this, we are also engaged in offering our clients, a wide variety of fashion jewellery that is appreciated for its flamboyant accents and exquisite designs & styles. We offer our range of products to leading catalog houses, chain stores, departmental stores, retail outlets and big and small importers and wholesalers. We have been successful in crafting an enthralling collection of fashion garments and jewellery like indian fashion jewellery, bridal designer jewellery, stylish jewellery set, designer jewellery set with the help of our modern manufacturing unit. The plant is replete with latest machines that enable us in attaining a substantial production capacity of 500 units. Moreover, we also have a separate merchandising division for sourcing the fabric and other accessories, a dying unit and an in-house laundry section. Apart from these divisions, we also have a marketing department, which act as a helping hand to the production unit. Further, the manufactured products are checked on various quality parameters like dye, print, bleach and unevenness to name some. Furthermore, we make use of quality packaging material like corrugated boxes, cartons and sheets pack our range of products that assures safe transit of the consignments. Under the able guidance of our owner Mr. Subhash Jain, we have carved a niche for ourselves in this highly competitive sector. Products The enthralling

Quality Assurance We perform thorough quality inspections to ascertain that
only flawless garments are dispatched at our client’s end. Our quality analysts
inspect the garments at varied stages by performing unrelenting sample testing
and physical quality test of fabric used while manufacturing our product range.

quality fabrics from renowned mills in the domestic market and ensure quality
and longevity. All our apparels are checked on the following parameters:

Warehousing and Packaging Facility In the present era, a capacious warehouse
offers ease to the dispatch system of every organization. At our warehouse, we
store our garments in a planned manner in separate sections for varied
products. This allows us to access them in fast and easy way, which is very
essential in case of urgent orders. We ensure that our warehouse is kept safe
from the harmful insect attacks and so to assure this it is fumigated from time
to time. Further, our warehouse in strategically located and well linked with
various transport mediums, which expedites safe and timely delivery.
We offer individual and manual packaging,
which is done, in house by our workforce to cater to our client’s unique
requirements. The garments are packed in corrugated boxes, cartons and sheets
as per the order and bulk packaging requirements. While packaging our range of
products, we ensure the products reach their destination safely.

Infrastructural Set Up We own a sound infrastructure facility
that is spread over a sprawling area of 1500 sq ft and has an installed
capacity of 500 units. We emphasize immensely on minute things such as needle,
thread, color, yarn used and texture etc. We have utilized modern day
technology in our manufacturing unit that has resulted in improving the overall
quality of our garment line. Some of the machines, which we have installed,
are:
- Steam Boiler
- Compacting Machine
- Dyeing Plant
- Bleaching Plant
- Yarns and Fiber Dying Plant
- Feed of the arm
- Double Needle Machine
- Cutting and Sewing Machines
These
machines have been carefully sourced from certified vendors to ensure that are
safe to use. Other than the production unit we have, merchandising division for sourcing the fabric and other accessories
used in the garment, dying unit, in-house laundry section, marketing
department, which act as functionaries to the production unit.
