Profile:
Rajsriya group involved in Engineering of a wide range of assemblies covering four wheelers, two wheelers and Tractors. We have a dedicated team of qualified Managers/ Engineers in Design, Methods, PPC and Administration. All department are computerised and use high end technolgy for implementation of real industry standard automobile product development.
We have latest test equipment to check dimensions, surface finish, hardness and plating thickness and full fledged laboratory with imported equipment to conduct various tests for powder coating including salt spray. Quality and process controls are very closely monitored using latest statistical techniques.
At Rajsriya, our approach to quality is in keeping with the worldwide industry standard. Technicians themselves inspect the quality of work. Supervisors educate and instruct technicians to continually improve productivity and quality. The movement of quality indicators is reviewed in weekly meetings by the top management.
Rajsriya is based on the concept of making incremental improvements in our products. It incorporates a series of continuous small and simple improvements, which aim at involving employees at all levels.
The Suggestion Scheme is based on the same principle. Under this scheme, employees are encouraged to make suggestions for improvement in any area of our operation. |
