Incepted in the year 1989, Rajvin has carved out a niche for itself in the precision turned components industry as a manufacturer and exporter of electrical stampings, laminations, sheet metal press components and dies.

State-of-the-Art Infrastructure

Our company has a robust infrastructure spread over an area of approx 6000 sq. ft. comprising of sophisticated machines and equipment that aid in faster production and order processing. Our factory is outside PMC Octroi limits and has ample power connection to ensure continuity and consistency in production. We have a fully functional press shop that has all types of presses ranging from 10 T to 75 T.

To manufacture our array of stampings in variety of sizes and specifications, we are equipped with high speed cross shaft pneumatic powered presses. We also have the required infrastructure and technology for manufacturing dies at our in-house facility.

We have a separate and fully functional quality control department that is fitted with customized equipment like gauges and fixtures for all our customized products. Apart from these we have our regular testing equipment at the unit.

The entire checking and testing process is carried out by our vigilant inspectors whose job is to check the products while in the production stage.
