Since its establishment in the year 2005, Rama Agro Foods Private Limited is engaged in supplying a comprehensive assortment of agro food products that includes Pickles, Jams, Crushes/Syrups, Sauces & Ketchup, Canned Products, Chinese Sauces & Ketchup and Mango Pulp.

Under the able and efficient guidance of our mentor Mr. Mukund Keskar, we have carved a niche for ourselves in food industry with our qualitative assortment of agro food products. We make sure that each of our offered products is defect free and is processed using natural ingredients to ensure high nutritional value and longer shelf life.

Our entire operational activities are directed towards achieving complete customer satisfaction. During the last 3 years of existence, our consistent production approach has also helped us to make a wide base of clients from all across the country.

We are offering to our clients, a wide range of Agro food products. Hygienically processed and packaged, our range includes Pickles, Jams, Crushes/Syrups, Sauces & Ketchup, Canned Products, Chinese Sauces & Ketchup and Mango Pulp. Our agro food products are processed using natural ingredients and no unnatural process of coloring or ripening is undertaken which ensure that these retain their original taste and flavor. These are provided in packaging of bottles and pet jars in different capacities.

We are having ideal processing facilities, which allow us to process our agro food products with complete ease and efficiency. Located at Pune Bangalore national highway No. 4, our fruit and vegetable processing plant is having a massive installed capacity of 2 tonnes/ hour. Our fully mechanized unit is equipped with sophisticated automatic and semi automatic machinery, which allow us to process our agro food products with higher efficiency.

We ensure that only fresh fruits & vegetables are chosen for processing. These fruits and vegetables are then washed by automatic fruit washing machine. Before the pulping process, these are spray washed and gently scrubbed to remove all external contaminants.

The unit is just 180 Km. from and about 25 Km from Pune respectively, which allow us to easily transport the raw material from the source as well as the finished goods to the market. With strong possibility of expansion of our business operations, we are looking forward to enhance the capacity of our processing unit in order to meet the increasing demands of our clients.

The agro products offered by us require proper storage and packaging facilities before these are delivered to our clients across the country. To fulfill this requirement, we have our own storage unit comprising well maintained warehouse. It has proper ventilation and controlled humidity levels, which help in keeping the nutrient and hygiene level of our products high.

Apart from proper storage, we also take care about fine quality packaging of the products to be delivered. For this, we have employed efficient packaging professionals to ensure that our products are quality packed to keep the content fresh till it reaches our clients. Our agro food products are packed in air-tight pet jars or glass bottles of various capacities, depending upon the requirements of clients.

Quality is one of the prominent concerns we care about in our business activities. We follow a well managed quality control methodology throughout involved activities from procurement of ingredients to processing till final delivery of our products. Our quality control team conducts various quality tests based on industry specific parameters such as:

For this purpose, we also have in-house testing labs where our quality inspectors undertake various tests. They ensure that rules set by Government of India and FPO are being strictly followed. Moreover, our quality inspectors also conduct pH, brix, acidity and microbial analysis to maintain international quality parameters. Further, the packaging is also done in strict vigil of our quality team to ensure that packaging processes are carried in an efficient manner.

We are also in a progress of getting the certification for ISO/HACCP.

RAMA is having the fruits and vegetable processing plant adjacent to the mail Pune Bangalore national highway No.4 and will have great advantage in transporting the raw material from the source as well as the finished goods to the market. The distance of the unit from Mumbai is about 180 Km. and from Pune about 25 Km.

We have fully Ultra Modern Semi Automatic plant and machinery for canning, bottling to retaining the natural freshness of fruits and vegetables in hermitically sealed cans & bottles. High quality lacquered cans are used having inside surface coated with food grade acid resistant lacquer. The cans are available in different sizes.

The installed capacity of the plant is 2 Tones/ Hr. with well equipped, high quality, semi automatic machinery fully mechanized. There is ample scope for expansion of the capacity in near future as we have already achieved large market share due to high quality standards we have maintained.

A well equipped laboratory is established to carry out required analysis i.e. Brix, Acidity, Microbial analysis etc to maintain international quality parameters. Strict quality controls followed at all point to ensure the best quality till user end.

Selected fruits & vegetables only are chosen for processing. At RAMA obsession for quality and hygiene is implemented through it’s preparatory line where the fruits and vegetables are thoroughly cleaned by automatic fruits washing machine. Prior to pulping, they are spray washed and gently scrubbed to remove all extreme care it\s taken to pass only best quality fruit to ensure the freshness of the nature.
