	Production Facility We own a spacious factory area of 40000sq.ft, and have incorporated world class production methodologies, needed for efficient production. The production capacity of our manufacturing unit is 1000000 meters. Our international standard and hygienic environment combined with sophisticated gauze product conversion machinery, gives us an edge over our competitors. We make sure to attain best machineries to provide top of the line production process in our services. We have several departments like administration, marketing, quality control and sales to assist us in the production process. 	Manufacturing Process We procure premium quality cotton and polyester yarns from reliable vendors and spinning mills. After that this material passes through various stages till it transforms into the desired finished product. Various production techniques performed by us are: Warping & Sizing: Prior to the commencement of the production we prepare and sort the raw material by warping and sizing them as per varied requirements. This facilitates us to create a variety of fabrics. We use warp Knitted machines for efficient warping process. Weaving: We use latest machines and conventional weaving machines to weave the yarn into different types of fabrics. We weave both industrial fabrics and medical gauzes. To speed up and perform the weaving process efficiently different types of looms like Power looms, Automatic looms, Sulzer looms and other machinery is used.
	Bleaching: We use conventional methods of bleaching and have installed modern machines to manufacture quality products. Our most modern and eco-friendly bleaching plant, ascertains completely hygienic production of medical gauze. The bleaching process is done as per the Pharmacopoeia Standard. Throughout the process, the cloth is kept untouched by hand. After the bleaching process is completed the products are sent for the drying process. Quality Delivering products that accomplish international quality specifications is one of our driving forces. We are equipped with batching and inspection machines with internationally acclaimed hygienic unit. We ensure that premium quality raw materials like cotton and synthetic yarn are sourced from reliable spinning mills. We relentlessly try to improve our performances in the medical dressing industry by exporting products of world class quality.
	The strength should conform to 25 Kg or 250 Newton. All the products are deliberately stored in highly clean and sanitized environment. Packaging All the finished products are securely and hygienically packed in plastic pouches, brown papers, corrugated cartons and other related materials. These are appropriately labeled and sealed to avoid any kind of tampering. Our clients can also avail the facility of customized packaging as per their orders and individual requirements.
