We manufacture high strength friction grip, HSFG bolts and nuts in plain carbon steel and alloy steel through controlled heating and forging conditions. We provide heat treatment to the bolts and nuts in sealed quench furnaces to achieve excellent properties. These structural, high tensile HSFG bolts and nuts are meant for higher bearing stresses, and are offered in the following range:

• Plain, Phosphated, Zinc plated finishes

We manufacture hexagonal bolts and nuts through forging under controlled heating and forging conditions that ensures good grain flow with the least decarburisation. They have a better bearing capacity than machined bolts. They come in plain carbon, alloy steels and stainless steel. Hexagonal bolts and nuts are hexagonal headed, reamer shanks and flange headed etc. Its range includes:

• Diameters from 16 mm to 42 mm
• Lengths from 30 mm to 650 mm
• Tensile strengths from 60 kg/mm2 onwards
• Finishes like phosphating, blackodising, zinc and cad plating etc.

We manufacture socket head bolts through hot forging after heating them in controlled conditions. The hexagonal or square, socket head bolts are forge finished to achieve the good grain flow and to suit the allen keys. These are available in:

• In diameters ranging from 16 to 50mm
• In properties from 60kg/mm2 and above
• With plain, black and phosphated finishes

These sprocket bolts and nuts are mounted around sprocket or hub and hence the name. They have built in with special head, which locks the head while applying the torque on the nuts. Our sprocket bolts and nuts are used extensively in high strength applications like dozers, excavators, heavy equipments and mining machinery. We make them to withstand the rigors of these applications. Our range includes the following features:
