These hexagonal nuts are the most common type and they are used extensively in industrial applications. We make hexagonal nuts in plain carbon, alloy and stainless steel. They are heat treated to achieve excellent qualities as per the applications. The threads are tapped in automatic tapping machines, special lathes and CNC turning centres. They can also be supplied with special features against orders. We make them:

• In diameters from M10 to M60
• In properties from 40 Kg/mm2 till 140 Kg/mm2
• In blackodised, hot phosphated, galvanised finishes

These are special nuts with special profile and threads.  We can manufacture with collar or flange, extension type, high nuts etc.  They can be supplied in 6.0, 8.0 and 10.0 grades and with surface finishes like cadmium, nickel, chrome, zinc electroplated, phosphated and rust preventive oil coating etc.

These track shoe nuts are used with track shoe bolts. The square shape ensures that the track shoe nuts are positioned in the slot and does not rotate while applying torque. These are mainly used in track assemblies of the construction and mining equipment. These are available:

• In properties from 40 Kg/mm2 till 100 Kg/ mm2 and
• In blackodised, hot phosphated, galvanised finishes.

We manufacture steel nuts in all thread forms in automatic thread tapping and thread cutting machines. We make them from hot forged shapes with spherical dome shape, square and collar flanges and machined in special lathes to achieve dimensional and geometrical accuracy.

These track shoe bolts and nuts are made of high alloy steel, heat-treated and induction hardened to withstand high abrasion and stresses. The dimensions are so precisely made to withstand the torturing working conditions.
