• We make samples to validate the drawing, dimensions and parameters
• We modify the drawing in consultation with the client in order to suit end product assembly requirements
• The results and the samples are submitted to the customer for their approval

Beta Stage
 

• We manufacture next set of sample based on client feedback on alpha stage
• Extensive tests on custom-built test rigs are conducted to test the designed parameters of the product

Gamma Stage

• After effectively passing the beta stage pilot batch from the designed production line is processed and supplied
• It is fitted in the end product to validate the consistency of production process
