Our plant is located at Badlapur, 60kms from Mumbai, and has an installed capacity of 24000 metric tonnes for making Bright Bars. Or products suit a variety of industrial & non- industrial applications.
Our proficiency lies in various sections of bars- Rounds, Square, Hexagons, and Flats made in various Grades and Sizes to suit most applications. We take immense pride in our expertise of developing & manufacturing of Pump Shafts and specialized Profile Bars of various sections. Some of our other speciality products include Hardened and Tempered Alloy Steel Bars and Strain Hardened Bars.
We can match up to the Tolerances and Specifications laid by the Quality Standards of over 30 countries around the globe. We supply Bright Steel Bars as per the most stringent tolerances of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) as well as corresponding to the ASTM, DIN, JIS, BS & ISS tandards.

InfrastructureThe Plant is spread over an area of 52000 sq. ft., of which the covered area is 35000 sq. ft. Entire production & maintenance area is serviced by 6 E.O.T. cranes for efficient and easy material handling ergonomics. Every Peeling and Grinding machine has Jib cranes for quick loading of materials on the machine. Equipment made by internationally reputed companies, viz, SCHUMAG, MEDART, SCRIVENER, CINCINATTI, JOTES, etc. are used for making Bright Bars. Our well-experienced staff and workers ensure the high quality, dimensional accuracy and bright finish demanded by customers spread all over the world.
