Quality Policy / Processes

At Ramtex we give utmost importance to the quality of products produced and exported by us. Our aim is to export defect free goods. We achieve this by using the best quality raw materials and through a thorough and well controlled production process.

Our production team has detailed knowledge about all the products manufactured by us and we go into the fine intricacies of production. We maintain strict levels of in-house control. The quality control team is headed by a QC Manger who has a team of eight QC’s working under him. We start the quality control from in-line inspections till the final stages of production, checking and packing, thereby ensuring that our shipments are defect free. The entire QC team has an educational background in textiles and on-hand experience with home textile products.

We are familiar with import regulations pertaining to import of textile products in various countries and test our products for the mandatory physical and chemical parameters. All products are made using environment friendly dyes and chemicals.
