Under the able guidance of our owner Mr. Alhaj Ramzan ali sb., we have acquired the status of an established manufacturer and exporter of various leather products and finished leather. The owner has an extensive experience of 15 years in the industry, which enables us to cater to the diversified requirements of our clients.

Our company was incepted in the year of 1998. Since then, we are providing various fancy finished leathers such as cow, buffcalf, buffalo, split and harness leathers. All these leathers find wide application in the manufacture of bags & wallets, shoes, hard goods, fancy belts and shoe upper.

The range of our products can be customised as per client's specifications on various parameters including color and pattern. We are supported by a dexterous team of personnel who possess rich industrial expertise. They manage our work shop and tannery, enabling smooth production of our leather products.

Our leather manufacturing process comprises of three main steps namely preparatory stages, tanning & crusting. In the preparatory stages, hide/skin is prepared for the tanning by various processes such as soaking, liming, unhairing, fleshing and many others.

This hide/skin undergoes through tanning process, which converts it into a stable material that does not purefy and can be used for different end applications. Depending on the application in which the product is used in, we use different materials for tanning. Then the hide/skin goes through the processes of finished pickling and basification.

Lastly, this skin/hide goes thorough crusting stage. In this stage it is thinned, retanned & lubricated. The operation of coloring is also a part of this stage. Crusting may include various processes such as wetting back, splitting, dyeing, filling, whitening, fixating, drying, conditioning and many others. We also apply surface coating to some leathers.

All the products that are manufactured as per industry standards and customer specifications conform to the established quality standards followed in our company. Our products are accepted and demanded in the global leather market, especially for their high quality standards.

A team of quality analyst check the materials used in the production of leather. Every stage of the process undergoes through their constant supervision. They also tests the finalized products on various parameters which includes:
