Tablet cum capsule type-tablet inspection machine is designed and used to inspect spotty, broken or not standard by vision capsule or tablet. This is done either by mechanically rotating the capsule over 360 degrees or turning the tablet from one surface to the other surface. The inspecting machine can easily take out any defective capsule or tablet and collect together.

Capsule inspection is done through conveyor accompanied capsule rolling guide. Capsules are fully rotated to reject the defected one smoothly by labor.
 
Through inspecting on various quality parameters such as marks, black, spots, blotches, peeling, cracks, chips nicks, irregular, coatings, missing material and others, defected tablets can be rejected and removed. In addition, size, color, text, dust, seal, crack, telescope, hole, dent, upper half, half only, print, edge, spots, ridge and flags and others are also included for rejecting and removing defected capsules.

Pallet Stand

Having experience of more than 3 decades in the industry, we have gained expertise to fabricate adjustable pallet stands as per the client specific requirements. The stand is designed for use as an adjustable-height work table. It comprises of springs assisting in height-adjustment only when unloaded. Heavy duty springs of welded steel constructed pallet stand allow one person to adjust it up and down.

Operation of packing conveyor:
 

• The
  conveyor belt brings the container or products from the
  labeling/blister/strip machine, operator in turn pickup these
  bottles/products


• Visually
  inspects the bottles/products and doing necessary action like primary packing,
  secondary packing, picking and placing at proper place


• Tabletop
  is of 12 inches working space on both side of the conveyor belt
