Since its inception, Rangoli Dresses is working towards taking the vibrant traditional craft of the Dutch in Gujarat to the world. We work as a manufacturer and exporter of gamut of hand crafted products. Our colorful range is composed of garments, accessories and home furnishing items, made from the best raw materials procured from trusted vendors. Our efforts are directed towards the upliftment of the artists working at the grassroot level with no means of utilizing or even procuring requisite resources. Most of these artisans comprise of women workers who toil for long hours to make ends meet. We have tapped the talent of these dexterous women artisans and provided them with a platform where their art is not only recognized and praised but also gets them the monetary benefits.

The entire range of our products is made by hand except for certain hand tools. We do not have a particular production center as the production work is done at the artisan's place. Our skilled artisans are spread across the Kutch region in different villages. All these villages come under the ambit of our service support umbrella. We make available the variety of fabrics, beads, mirrors, threads and other requisite materials and hand tools to the craftsmen to carry out traditional craft with utmost ease.

The Dutch region of Gujarat is known for its finest traditional embroidery craft adorned with the finest bead and mirror inlay work. At the Banni region of Kutch, embroidery is not only done on garments and home furnishings but also on leather footwear widely known as mojri's. The assortment of our products comprises of the following:

• Accessories: We present an enticing array of hand crafted accessories comprising of an assortment of bags, dupattas, spectacle cases, scarves, coin bags and mobile holders.
• Home Furnishings: Our range of home furnishing items is made from quality fabrics and has intricate embroidery work embellished with beads and mirrors.
• Garments: We offer an attractive array of garments for ladies like salwar suit, kurta and tops. This array is the most recent addition to our existing range of products and is made from hand made fabric and embellished with Kutch embroidery.

The Kutch region of Gujarat is a treasure trove of traditional Kutchi work that is an amalgamation of vibrant hues and intricate embroidery with beads and attractive mirror work. The glitter and charm of the fabrics, accessories and home furnishings is mesmerizing and keeps spellbound. The flourishing had work industry of this region received a major setback with the massive earthquake that hit Gujarat in the year 2001. Kutch was one of the most badly hit areas affecting its economy and traditional art. We are committed to provide a support system to the numerous workers in the area and help bring back the normalcy in Kutch. The different aspects that we have kept in mind include:

A capacious warehouse plays a pivotal role in our dealings. We have the facility to store a voluminous stock at our premises. We can stock about a minimum of 5000 pieces of assorted bags and 1500 cushions that can be shipped immediately if required. It is ensured that the products are kept under proper conditions to avoid any damage to them. The reason for taking extra precautions is that these are hand made and hence cannot be replaced immediately. We make sure that all the consignments are delivered well before time so that they reach within the set time frame. The time frame for normal deliveries ranges between 60 to 120 days if the order has been placed specifically. The products can also be delivered within a week if the assortment is picked up from our stored stocks. The minimum order quantity is set at 50 pieces per design.

We provide sampling facility to our clients with advance payments on returnable basis for the first time. Our customers place their orders for an assorted array of products, providing details of their requirements. Orders can be placed with a minimum of 50 pieces, whereas if the products are picked up from our stocks, then there are no minimum per design. Our personnel maintain a detailed log of the products that have been delivered to the customers. They also keep a track of the feedback that our customers give, which helps us in making the correct selections for the clients.

Through our arduous efforts, we have the ability to meet the bulk requirements of the customers within the set time frame. Our monthly capacity is good enough to also cater to immediate orders by the customers. Since, we have a diverse product range, the capacity of each variety is different. We have a capacity to produce: • Bags: 2000 pieces/month • Cushion Covers: 3000 pieces/month • Scarves/Dupattas: 5000 pieces/month • Other Miscellaneous Products: 5000 pieces/month Talented Craftsmen The craftsmen spread across villages in Kutch are a dexterous lot brimming with talent. Their expertise lies in their knowledge of the traditional forms of embroidery work. Most of the embroidery work is done by women workers who skillfully churn out amazing designs & patterns that are distinct to the area. Our efforts are directed to train them to use their talent in modern designs that are in sync with the international trends.

Tapping the vast talent base present in this region, our designers mold and merge the traditional art of Dutch to the contemporary requirement across the globe. The result is a vibrant mix of ethnicity and modernity presented in a beauteous array of products. To meet the immediate requirements of the customers, we keep a ready stock of minimum 5000 pieces from our bag collection and 1500 from our assorted bags at our store house.

Since almost all our products are hand made, slight variations in the designing is bound to happen. Another factor in hand made products is that each product is unique in itself. There are chances that the sample and the final product might have minute differences, which are communicated by us to the customer at the time placing the order. We have trained innumerable tailors that are present locally to make a completely customized range of products with efficacy. Our personnel have also trained the local staff to carry out the different quality control processes and pack the products in export worthy packages.
