Products

With high standards of quality, precision & performance, we provide our customers with the advanced engineered products they need for the durable function & lest maintenance of their equipment.

Compression Springs
Compression Springs

  • Compression Springs is the most commonly used open-coil helical spring. In its simplest form it is possibly the most economic spring to use by virtue of the lower material content and the speed at which they can be produced versus the amount of energy it can store.
  • They are made from round, square, rectangular, trapezoidal, oval or even special shaped wire cross sections but round wire is by far the most common and easier to work with. Round wire is predominant in compression springs because it is readily available and adaptable to standard coiler tooling, also flat wire spring can also be manufactured depending your order and utility.
  • The shape of the compression spring is mostly parallel sided i.e. of nominally constant diameter but is often seen as a conical shape and sometimes barrel or waisted(hourglass) shape. These alternative shapes are often again related to strength for volume but you are penalised for loss of a nominally linear spring rate.

Extension Springs
Extension Springs

We have the production facilities to manufacture a large range of extension springs, with either cross over or machine loops. We manufacture our range of extension springs of material such as:
  • Spring Steel

  • High Carbon Steel

  • Nickel Plated Carbon Steel

  • Stainless Alloys, etc.

We offer state-of-the-art production capabilities for the entire manufacturing process. While extension springs are most often produced using round wire and customized wire.

Our material size range is 0.30mm to 3.00mm. We are capable to offer customized springs and wire form and ensure the springs we produce are 100% compliant to your specifications and defect free.

Torsion Springs
Torsion Springs

Torsion springs, whose ends are rotated in angular deflection, offer resistance to externally applied torque. The wire itself is subjected to bending stresses rather than torsional stresses, as might be expected from the name. Springs of this type are usually close wound, reduce in coil diameter and increase in body length as they are deflected.

Special types of torsion springs include double torsion springs and springs having a space between the coils to minimize friction. Double torsion springs consist of one right-hand and one left-hand coil section connected together, and working in parallel. The sections are designed separately with the total torque exerted being the sum of the two.

Wind Shield Wiper Spring
Wind Shield Wiper Spring

These are normally tension springs made up of round wire with German & English hook having good elasticity with long life. These springs help to maintain the constant pressure of wiper on the windshield of vehicle.

Wire Forms
Wire Forms

Our wire forming specialists and precision machines are capable of forming both flat and round wire forms. These wire forms open an entirely new world with each and every design being unique. They perform the same function as other springs but may not have any coils, relying more on a beam affect for energy storage.

Garter Springs/ Oil Seal Springs
Garter Springs/ Oil Seal Springs

  • Garter springs are helical extension or compressed springs with the ends fastened together to form a ring. One end of the garter spring maybe coned or looped, depending on your specifications for the garter springs.
  • Garter springs are primarily used to maintain controlled pressure of a radial lip seal on a shaft and to compensate for lip wear, changes in volume or stiffness of the elastomer caused by the fluid, and the effect of temperature changes and time.
  • Other uses for garter springs include small motor belts and electrical conductors.
  • Airedale springs and garter springs are engineered and manufacturer to provide a consistent and reliable product. They feature high initial tension to provide constant load and a special tapered end to assure a strong connection and a continuous near uniform body diameter.

Clutch Springs
Clutch Springs

We manufacture customized, high-precision clutch springs and engineered assemblies with tolerances unmatched in the industry. Our expertise in spring winding technology combined with state-of-the-art design, testing and manufacturing technology help us provide critically precise springs that can greatly improve the quality and performance of your products. Applicable for various automobile and motorcycle vibration absorbers, clutches and engine etc.

Plunger Springs/ Fuel Injector Springs
Plunger Springs/ Fuel Injector Springs

These type of precision compression springs used to control the movement of plunger that opens the valve allowing the pressurized fuel to squirt out through a tiny nozzle. These find applications for diesel dual injection pumps with wire diameter 2 mm. to 4.5 mm of material: IS 4454 part III-Grade 2 D.

Engine Valve Springs
Engine Valve Springs

Engine valve springs are made of specialty steel wire rod and play a vital role in automobile engines. Installed above the cylinders, valve springs control the movement of the intake and exhaust valves.

Spiral Springs
Spiral Springs

Spiral Springs are more commonly known as clock springs simply because this design of spring is most commonly seen in mechanical wind up clocks as the means of storing significant amounts of energy to power the clock for a relatively long time.

These spiral springs are essentially manufactured from a long length of steel strip which is tightly wound and constrained within a space. This constraint is designed in such a way as to allow the spring to wind up further to increase the energy stored but to also constrain the spring to preload wound condition. Allowing the spring to unwind back to it’s constrained diameter to use the available energy to actuate a mechanism.

Brake Springs
Brake Springs

These are normally tension spring having initial tension & long life and made up of high carbon steel wire with German & English hook in various shapes and sizes. It's application used along with Brake shoe assembly in brake drum in bi- wheeler segment.

Copper Coils
Copper Coils

  • We are making enameled copper coils in wire dia from 1.00 mm to 3.50 mm.
  • Various current ranges available: 10 amp. to 63 amp. including enamled stripping from both ends and leg bending according to design of the customer.
