We manufacture Epoxy - Polyester Thermoset Powder Coating, Microfine Polyethylene Powder or Plastic Coating Powder, Powder for Automotive Carpet Backing and Interlining Fabric and Powder for Rotational Moulding.

Our manufacturing units were audited by TUV Suddeutschland in July 2006 for renweal of ISO 9001:2000 certificate.This certificate indicate the reliable quality of our products and make us complete solution provider in this field.

• 4 Twin-screw co-rotating extruder with cooling belts and kibblers
• 8 Pulverizing mills with pollution control equipment
• 4 Extruders for coloring
• 4 Pulverizing mills with vibro-sieves

During our long and successful journey of 34 years, we have emerged as a leading industry player in the market. The different turns of the journey covered by us are as follows:

1974- Establishment in form of Rapid Engineering Company for manufacturing plastic products like polyethylene bags, followed by monofilament yarn and box strapping etc.

1986- Diversification of company into LDPE Powders, at Okhla, for dip coating & fluidized bed coating on wire fabricated articles.

1989 - Establishment of Rapid Roto Division for using our own powders for manufacturing rotationally molded plastic water storage tanks with a capacity range from 100 to 2000 liters.

1991 - Addition of first product line of Rapid Coat Division for epoxy & polyester thermoset powder coatings, at Okhla, with the help of CESO, Canadian technical know-how.

1995- Addition of second line of Rapid Coat Division for epoxy / polyester powder coatings at Sahibabad factory with a well equipped laboratory.

2002- Shifting of Okhla factory to consolidate both at Sahibabad.

2003 – Addition of third line of Rapid Coat Division with the installed capacity of approximately 200 tons per month.

2004- Addition of forth line in Rapid Coat Division with the installed capacity from 150 tons to almost 300 tons per month.

2006- Renew of ISO Certificate.

2007-08- Addition of production capacity by 400 tons and export turnover increased by 200%.

Over the last three decades, we have manifested wide appreciation in the global market and the credit goes to our talented, dynamic and dedicated team of highly qualified engineers and marketing professionals. Each and every member of our team have years of rich experience in their respective fields.

Further, we conduct various seminars and training sessions from time to time to upgrade the knowledge of our workers. Through these training sessions, workers are made aware of the efficient methods of production.

We have with us a well organised warehousing management system. Our warehouse is well equipped  for safe and proper storage of products. We keep ready to dispatch stock of products in our warehouse to meet the immediate & urgent orders of our clients.

Our packaging personnel are experienced in packing all the products appropriately to maintain their exclusive properties for a long period of time as well as protect them from any damage during the transit. We pack our products in air tight cardboard cartons in multiple weights of 10 kg, 20 kg and 40 kg.

Our wide sales network is spread almost each major city all across the India. Besides, our head office at Okhla, New Delhi, we carry out sales from our Sahibabad factory and also from our own sales office at Mumbai. Currently we have distributors in
